Hi everyone! First of all I am new to this website, I mean I've been part of this website for about 2 years now or so, but I've only been active on it for like a day!
So before I send anything I just want to tell you guys, that I'm not so good of a writer, Sometimes I've been creating stories on my own, but never actually shared them with anyone so it'll be a first time for me. This story actually just has a prologue to it and is pretty dark, I prefer stories that are not all pink and beautiful ^^. You might've noticed already, but english isn't my main language, so if there's any major mistakes at some point or if you feel like the story has been rushed or even doesn't make sense at some point, please just advice me and tell me what I can change. A Pokémon Story :
The Fall of the Champion: Prologue
Year : 901
Month: August
Day: 7 (Sunday)
Era: The Great Sinnoh War.
Current Champion: Dawn (Team consists of : Infernape (Strongest) Honchkrow, Mienshao(Weakest), Milotic, Chandelure and Ampharos.)
Ex Champion: Cynthia
The sun as set on the day that marks the second year since the beginning of the Great Sinnoh War. Since she was elected into power, the Prime Minister of Sinnoh, Justicia Trust has been considered as nothing more but a tyrant, closing Pokémon gyms, and making regulations over should be a Pokémon Trainer or not. This caused the hatred to grow intensively in the region, reaching a point where the help of the current Champion, undefeated for 10 years, was required. Dawn would stand up for her friends, comrades and for all the Pokemon of the Sinnoh Region. But these actions did little to appease the wrath of the Prime Minister who didn’t hesitate one bit to use violence against those who would challenge her rule. Rebellion began, and a coalition was soon formed to rebel against the tyrant. Direct conflict was inevitable, and it happened. On the year 899 the 7th day of the 8th month, The Great Sinnoh War began. Dawn the current champion would serve as general of the Coalitions of the Free Sinnoh People and Pokemon (CFSPP). Our story begins here, with Dawn and her family still fighting to free Sinnoh.
Prologue Part 2:
Dawn slams the door of the command center open, and enters the room rushing towards the communications point. Outside, explosions and war cry can be heard, the war has clearly took a turn for the worst. Dawn listens to the reports of her men fighting outside and it is clear that the more time passes, the more the Sinnoh Forward movement of the prime minister is closing on.
General, the second team of the Fire Unit is down! The SF is marching toward the command center as we speak! Dawn didn’t recognize that voice at first, it was clear that it wasn’t her designated officer in charge of the fire unit. She answered to the scared man.
What is your name soldier and where is Officer Jan ?
The voice of the soldier cracked up as he tried to find his words, at the end he regain his composure and answered the question of the general.
Officer Jan is dead General, A group of Ghosts type Pokemon owned by the SF and composed mostly of Haunters, Gengars and Chandelure killed him and most of my unit miss! They are heading straight to the headquarters as we speak!
No time to lose, Dawn gathered the most men and women ready to fight and went straight for the eastern fallback line. Pokemons and trainers all part of the (CFSPP) aligned on what has just become a new frontline. Members of the SF marching at the distance and rallying their troops. However, one major detail lacked in the information of the soldier in his previous report. The fact that Justicia herself his leading these men and women to battle. Everything is at stakes, Dawn knows that if she loses this line, the war is over and those 2 years of fighting for People and Pokemon rights would be wasted. So, without a single hesitation she ordered all her Pokemons and troops forward.
At less than 10 Kilometers away from the Command Center and the new Frontline, in a small town called Solaceon, lives a 10 years old boy named Sky. This boy with green eyes, brown hair and a slim body (1m68 – 125 LBS) is none other than the children of the current Champion and General of the rebellion Dawn. Playing with his little Eevee, Sky is with his father, the new champion of Oreburgh City named Nos. He’s a man in his mid forties with brown hair and a muscular body. He is keeping contact with the Command Center as he is the leader of a unit who guards the only town not conquered by the SF next to the CC. Missing his mother, Sky decides to go join his father and keep him company. Arriving on the porch he look at his father smoking a cigarette and realizes that the man he always considered to be strong and firm, was actually pretty stressed and preoccupied.
What is wrong dad? You don’t look so well… do you know when mom is going to come back? Nos didn’t even want to answer this question, he just looked his son in the eyes and replied: Sky, daddy is busy right now… why don’t you go play with Eevee for a while? Sky felt disappointed, but he had no choice to leave and go back inside the house, it was clear that his father didn’t had the intention to speak with him at this very moment. Once back in the living room, Sky soon realized that his little partner Eevee was leaving the house by the back door, obviously drawn somewhere by something.
Eevee! Wait! Said Sky rushing behind his pokemon. What Sky didn’t know however is that Eevee was drawn by a force that called him to it. And this direction was pointing directly towards the frontline.
Nos feeling bad about the previous situation with his son, decided to go back inside and actually spend some time with his son, but to his surprise, Sky was missing and so was Eevee. He then realized that the back door was open, he rushed toward it and then footprints in the dirt of his son leading toward the frontline. After running, chasing after his Eevee for a while, the harsh truth was before the very eyes of Sky, the Command Center was in fire and Pokemon battles were occurring everywhere around it, the CFSPP refusing to surrender no matter what. It is at this moment, that right above the Command Center, a portal opened, this portal was not one of the legendary pokemons of the Sinnoh region It was in fact a creation made by the scientists of the CFSPP, it has been known to the public for a while know that if the CFSPP was to fall, it would bring every member of the SF prsemt at the battle together in their downfall. And Dawn, knowing precisely that Justicia wouldn’t pass the chance to bring her down herself, would be present at this final battle.
RETREAT! RETREAT! Screamed the prime minister in panic.
Everything was going according to plan for the CFSPP, everything except one small detail… in the very center of all this confusion, was Eevee and Sky, who finally succeeded in reaching his dear Pokemon. Obviously when Dawn took notice of that, she panicked rushing to save her son from certain death and calling with her all her Pokémon to his rescue. The portal caused a disturbance in the space and time and soon the secret weapon that the CFSSP has been hiding in this other dimension was revealed to everyone, a bomb, a gigantic bomb capable to killing everything in the area. And just when it set up to explode, 2 other portals opened up letting Palkia and Dialga the rulers of space and time join the battlefield. A flash of light, an explosion and then nothing but silence.
Some time passed, was it seconds, minutes, hours or even days? Nobody knew, but once on the Battlefield, Nos was able to witness all the horrors of the fight that just occurred. Pokemons and Trainers laying on the ground not moving at all. Not even breathing for most of them. Frenetically, he started to search for his son and wife, until he noticed a glimpse of the ribbon that his wife always used to wear. The horror came before him as he noticed his wife and son arms in arms on the ground. Her wife not moving a muscle, not breathing, obviously, she had passed away in the explosion, but how come was she not scratched? Nos then decided to look at all the other victims of the explosion and realized that most of them did not even have a scratch on them. The doubt took control of him, but he was soon back to reality when he noticed his son and Eevee breathing and coughing. He didn’t want to leave his wife behind, but he had to leave before anything else shows up, and his most important duty at the moment was to make sure that his son and his Pokemon stays alive. Surely that’s what Dawn would’ve wanted, he though. He rushed in the opposite direction not looking once behind him but murmuring to himself ‘’Goodbye my love’’.
The war ended on that day, what caused this explosion and flash of light? No one ever knew. What had happened of Palkia and Dialga no one knew either. But what was important, is that Dawn and Justicia were both dead and with their second in command killed too during the final battle, the only authorities capable of speaking in favor of the 2 factions, were the council of the SF and Nos of the CFSPP a formal declaration of peace was pronounced and Sinnoh became United once more, but gravely wounded by this recent war. Nos then became the new prime minister of Sinnoh with the council having now executive powers as well, both sides willing to work together for a better tomorrow. Admitting that this war, caused nothing but grieves for humans and Pokemons.
