I have a great Idea for a new Ghost-Type Eeveelution!
It could Look a bit Like a Black Cat, since people used to think Black Cats were Witches in the olden days.
It could have a Witch hat, and Long Whiskers.
It could have Wispy Ears. . .and Turquoise Fire at the tip of it's tail
And Turquoise Bandaged Cheeks making the Shape of X
And it could be Glowy

I suppose so, @Tsu, but's gonna have to wait, since I still have a couple other requests to do on top of my homework.
