(Overworld - Yoshi's New Island)
Ahh, Bikini Bottom Yoshi's Island. A peaceful paradise where the races of Shy Guys and Yoshis have a war. A peaceful one. But then, a Fly Guy, scouting the outskirts of Yoshi's Island found a star...no...this wasn't just any star...this was the Warp Star! With Kirby and Bandanna Dee!
(Title Screen / Cookie Country - Kirby's Return to Dreamland)
"Woooo-hoo!" yelled Bandanna Dee. "Poyaaaa!" said Kirby. They landed the Warp Star on Yoshi's Island and started taking out all Shy Guys in sight. Fly Guy yelled by "WERO" was warning, but by then the population has decreased severely.

The Fly Guy landed on the ground. Only to get backstabbed by Bandanna Dee's spear. "Well Kirby, that should be the last of them for this area. Let's--" "Wero," Bandanna Dee was interrupted by a Shy Guy who just sat there and watched his race get stomped on by a couple of puffballs. "Weyo," he looked at Bandanna Dee. Kirby ran away before this got too far.

Bandanna Dee spun his spear around and ran at the Shy Guy with the tip of his spear pointed at it. Shy Guy dodged. Waddle Dee continued to point his spear at Shy Guy, but he just kept dodging. Then Shy Guy pulled out a tennis racket, and the two began to duel. Waddle Dee easily overwhelmed Shy Guy and busted his tennis racket. Noticing this, Shy Guy whacked Waddle Dee on the head before his racket glowed and he turned into a Spear Guy and literally shocked Waddle Dee on the spot with his paralyzing spear. His racket was restored, and continued to smack Waddle Dee with it. Until he found an opening and decided to jump infinitely into the air. But Spear Guy won't let that happen. He put his spear on his back, cleared the makeup off his face, and his head sprouted a propeller. It spun around and he was lifted into the air. He took out his tennis racket again and whacked Waddle Dee with it continuously. But Waddle Dee blocked his attacks with his spear. When he found an opening, Waddle Dee impaled Fly Guy and threw him behind him so far away there was a sparkle where he was thrown. Until a pickaxe was thrown at him. He didn't know where it came from, all he knew was it came from where Fly Guy had been thrown. Waddle Dee looked back. "Okay Kirby, we're--" then he realized the Warp Star was gone and Kirby peeked out of the bushes with a mortified look on his face. Waddle Dee facepalmed. "Ugh..." he jumped infinitely where Fly Guy had went.
(Shy Guy Falls {Miner Melody} - Mario Kart
It was a peaceful day in--oh wait, we already did this. Fly Guy and his friends were all racing in the hardworking place of Gravity Shy Guy Falls. So hardworking, the mining Shy Guys were yelling "Work! Work! Work all day!" as they were whistling a miner's tune. Waddle Dee showed up with his spear in helicopter position. Fly Guy noticed him instantly, as the propeller was sucked back into his head and Waddle Dee pointed his spear down at Shy Guy's position. Shy Guy abandoned his kart and the kart blew up from Waddle Dee's spear, damaging him a little. "Mrawr!" yelled Shy Guy, and soon after a blue pickaxe was tossed to him. "I've been waiting for you to witness THIS!" said Waddle Dee, as with a simple karate chop of his hand to the ground, the earth was broken in half.
Shy Guy floated in space. He had the Surprised Patrick look on his face. He shook is head out of it, and called, "Wero," all there was was Earth debris and space. Then he heard a WHOOSH behind him. He looked behind him and saw that Waddle Dee was headed straight for him. He quickly grabbed his pickaxe, but he couldn't find it anywhere. Accepting defeat, he put his hands on his eyes and awaited death, but it never came. He slowly opened his eyes and realized that Waddle Dee had stopped. In fact, everything had stopped. He heard a faint sparkling noise. He swam over to the noise as it got louder and louder and realized it was his tennis racket, all powered-up. He grabbed it and swam back over to the spot where Waddle Dee was about to stab him, but he was out of the way.

Shy Guy turned into Spear Guy, and the battle went into maximum overdrive. Both fighters, desperately jabbing to get the advantage, when finally, Spear Guy gets one good jab in, knocking Waddle Dee very far away. "Wero!" said Shy Guy in celebration. But then, he saw a sparkle. Apparently, Waddle Dee was blown so far back he landed on Halcandra, and when he came back, it looked like Landia was mad. He shot a barrage of stars out of his mouth, and all Spear Guy could do was sit there and take it. When it looked like he was obliterated, Waddle Dee jumped off of Landia's back and dealt the finishing blow, right through the head.
