Shadow and Alakazam's Team went in the base. They heard sniffling. Christian and blaze were sitting on the steps. Shadow walked towards them. "Blaze, Christian."
"What do you want?" Christian said bitterly.
"I didn't mean to say you were a tool, it is just-"
"I don't want to hear it. Now get out of here"
"Christian please, just listen to me."
"GET OUT OF HERE!!" Christian snapped.
"Very well, I guess I am on my own then." Shadow never felt upset, until now. The only emotion he ever felt was rage. He walked off as Alakazam's Team followed behind him.
"AAAAAAAAAAAH!!! HEEEEELP!!!"
"That sounded like Blaze and Christian!" Charizard exclaimed.
"Hahahahahahaha! I finally have the human, now I must DESTROY THE WORLD!!!"
"Merotrophe! If you take Blaze and Christian I'll-"
"Save your breath, I'm already gone with them! Hahahahahahaha!"
"I must go after them!" Shadow teleported. Alakazam teleported after him with his team.
They have arrived at a strange dark island with a gigantic volcano. "This was the place in my nightmare!" Shadow exclaimed.
Merotrophe showed up. He had Blaze and Christian. He sucked out their energy and changed form into Mewtwo! Blaze and Christian drop to the ground motionless. "NOOOOO!!!!" Shadow explodes with power, and the planet rumbles.
"Yes, that's it. Let your rage out! Heheheheh."
"Shadow! Don't get angry! That's what he wants! He knows your rage will destroy this world! Rage won't solve anything, it will just do his job for him! Is that what you want!?" Alakazam shouts to him. Shadow turns around. "No, but something has to be done!" He gets so powerful, that he ends up evolving into Inceneroar! Then he grabs Merotrophe by the throat and flies up to the Sky Pillar. Then slams Merotrophe to the ground. Christian and Blaze wake up looking shocked. "Is that... Shadow!!?" Christian exclaimed.
Shadow was glowing with power! "You have really done it now, haven't you? First you kill my family. Then you kill my planet. Then you make me get framed on Earth. Then you kill the only family I have left. And now, you think you can defeat me? I don't think so! Rooooooooooar!" Shadow blasted him with a giant beam! Merotrophe hit the ground then when he got up, he teleported away. Shadow ran out of energy then dropped to the ground. He lay there motionless. "Shadow!" Alakazam's Team, Blaze, and Christian ran to him. They shook him for hours but he didn't wake up. "There is nothing we can do for him. I am sorry." Alakazam and his team teleported away.
"Shadow..." Christian and Blaze were sobbing. Then suddenly, Rayquazza appeared.
"What is the meaning of this!? I can't slumber when you two children are blubbering like a lonely Cubone!"
Christian managed to choke out, "Our friend died saving our lives after we told him to get out of our group."
"If you stop crying, I will revive your friend."
Christian sniffled. "Really?"
"Of course, it is my duty as Lord of Pokemon after all." Rayquazza Shone a light over Shadow. Shadow woke up. "Shadow!" Blaze and Christian both hugged him so tight he could barely breathe. "You're alright!"
"Yes, yes. I am alright."
"We're sorry for kicking you out of our team." They both started bawling.
"Do not shed another tear. I forgive you."
"Do you care about us?"
"If I didn't care about you, I wouldn't have sacrificed my life, now would I? I'll teleport us home." They continued their rescue missions, and Merotrophe was never to be found again. Until....
"He thinks he has finally gotten rid of me. Well I'm not done yet!"
