FANMADE GYM LEADERS: (REDO)Gym Leader #2 Duncan

Here's redo number 2! This is the new and improved Duncan Williams, the electrifying drummer of the rock band called The Electivires! Despite his rebellious style, Duncan is one of the top trainers of the region, and is the 2nd top ranked student at Coral Academy. Although he is passionate for electric type Pokemon, he is also known to be fond of certain fairy types, thanks to his older sister's influence. His relationship with his sister is overall positive even though she's away from home for her own duties. Once you beat him, he will hand out the Shockwave badge, as well as the TM for charge beam!
