This one was hard to do because several frankly perfect dragon-type fan eeveelutions already exist, but here's my stab at it. I went for a lesser-known mammalian dragon from europe called the Tatzelwurm, which I thought was at least a less-tapped avenue for a dragon-type eevee, but came around to eastern dragon-like fuzzies anyway. Oh well!
