Rachel grew up with the pokemon champion, Colby, the gym leader, Mavis, and the rest of the elite four. Much like Tahoe, another member of the elite four, Rachel loves exercise. Her entire room in the pokemon league has been converted into a gym. She spends most of her day doing yoga, running on the treadmill, or lifting weights.
