Protonian Poliwag

This was the first regional variant created for my fanmade Pokemon region, the Protos region.

Protonian Poliwag and Protonian Poliwhirl are both grass/fire types, Protonian Poliwrath is Fire/Fighting and Protonian Politoed is Grass/Fairy.
I still only made Protonian Poliwag's design, I still have to make Protonian Poliwhirl, Protonian Poliwrath and Protonian Politoed.
