LokaMocha I've been wanting to make a Rainbow Rocket OC for a while now so I decided to stop being lazy and finally make one.
His name is Jacob Adams and he's 21 years old.
His Pokemon are an Alolan Persian and a normal Muk brought with him from the Kanto Region.
He had only decided to join Rainbow Rocket since he couldn't make any money doing anything else gg.
