"maybe I should step in the grass it can't be that bad"said brendan as soon as Brendan's foot touched the ground nothing happened he steeped again,again and again before brendan could make another move a tall old man came over and said"take this it's a pokedex and I need you to full it by scanning all the pokemon no questions" the man slowly drifted away into the night. brendan was confused he decided to go on his adventure tomorrow.in the next morning brendan finally step foot in the grass and out came a zigzagoon. treeko use pound the zigzagoon got bashed into a prickle bush which made him run away "yea good job treeko that was great"said brendan may had already made it to oldale town where she was waiting for brendan. as brendan had finally arrived at oldale town may told him that were gonna have to do some training if we want to beat Roxanne the rock gym leader. torchic use ember on treekos tail treeko use vinewhip on torchic and through it into the corner and then finish with pound. the torchic flew across the pokemon centre and landed on the poke mart roof where it had the high ground the torchic started spraying embers at treeko the treeko started to sprint around the poke mart this was may's plan to tire out treeko to finish it off when it's tired. but brendan had a better plan the treeko stop running as he watched torchic spin around and get dizzy when torchic finally stopped spinning it had no control and it accidentally fell of the side of the poke mart where it fell into may's arms may went to the pokemon centre to heal up well Brendan made his way to Patelburg city to see his farther Norman and then go to rustboro city to beat Roxanne. when he had finally made it to littleroot town
