Pokémon OC: Cosmos

Wohoo, first post here! I had a lot of fun designing them. I’m also excited to RP them, too!! They’re a peach. Without further ado, though, here’s their bio!

Name: Cosmos Astoria
Gender: Non binary, they/them
Age: 14
Height: 5’4”

Cosmos is what most would call an airhead. Forgetful and a little naive, but so, so friendly, they have a passion and love for their partners like no other. They got their first Pokémon, a Deino they named Quasar, from their father- His Hydreigon had given him an egg, and he entrusted it to them. Their father tried to buy young Cosmos’ affection. He was very distant from them emotionally and physically a lot of the time. Oftentimes, he was out on trips, and their mother was left to care for them. Otherwise, though, they’ve had a calm, idyllic childhood away from hardship.

Cosmos has always wanted to go on an adventure of their own. Hailing from the Unova region, their mother at first tried to deter them. What if they weren’t ready? Could she really trust them, out on their own? But Cosmos’ head was full of stories, stories about legendary Pokémon and trainers taking down evil teams. It sounded like such fun, such an exhilarating time! They pleaded with their mother from when they were eleven until they were fourteen- And finally, she relented, letting them go out with Quasar and some pokeballs.

So, they decided to embark on their journey in Galar. Using a plane ticket from their father, a successful businessman, they hopped onto the first plane there and embarked upon a journey in a brand new region! They were so excited! Catching a Rookidee, a Litwick and a Ponyta was no easy task- Numerous times, they ran into mishaps and shenanigans among the other youth. Even still, they persisted, and now have their own little team in the making- Their Quasar, a Corvisquire named Guinevere, Blair the Litwick and Milkyway the Ponyta have become their own little family.
