Cyrus, the leader of team galactic. He wants nothing more or less than a world without spirit. He sees humans and Pokémon alike to be flawed, imperfect creatures that make rash decisions based on bias, bigotry, emotion, hatred, and personal gain. He thinks such things cloud the human mind, preventing the optimal result of the future, and that war will always come about so long as humans exist.
To rectify this, he founded Team Galactic, who’s purpose is to rewrite the galaxy to remove all it’s imperfections, creating the perfect world where all can live peacefully without any negative traits of life or such personality faults.
