Pokemon Awakenings: Birth of the Heart of One-For-All
Prologue/Chapter 0: The Pichu of Alola before Circuit

The Alola region is home to where the sun and moon dance across the beautiful skies of day and night. (Of course, some of you have played that game before and I have not. Don't judge me please.) It was during the last day of the Alola Championship when a boy named Ash Ketchum won the Alola League and left the Alola region to return home. Of course, this day...is where the awakening really began. It all started with one child who goes by the name of Ryder Kazudo. His first three professors in whom Ryder received the letter from were Oak from the Kanto region, Juniper from the Unova region, and Kukui from where Ryder stands...The Alola region. In Kukui's house, Kukui was having a meeting with Oak and Juniper with professor Burnet. "So." Said Oak. "We've been thinking about who else will become the next Champion of the Alola region that will become the Titanium-class hero." "I don't know if one will ever become one." Said Juniper. "There has not been one ever since the Team Plasma invasion." "That does sound true." Agreed Oak. "But not to mention the 'Blinding one' that tried to take the sun or the moon." "Yeah, I thought it was supposed to be a good omen." Said Kukui. "Maybe if we can find one, then things will be fine." "It's gonna be hard though." Said Burnet. "Right, who can we find?" Asked Oak. They began to think for a moment until Kukui and Juniper found the perfect one. "The Kazudo's oldest son." Said Kukui. "That's it. The son of Axel Kazudo." "Yes. Their son. Ryder." Said Juniper. They all froze to the dead silence. Did they even picked a different type of Pokemon trainer so that they could make things better instead of young Kazudo? No. This was the only option. Despite this, his parents had their different roots of their own. His mother who goes by the name of Lucina was a grunt of Team Plasma, but soon changed to into a Ghost-type Gym Leader of the Alola region. As a gym leader, her favorite hobby was racing. When she was a girl, she would play with some Ghost-type Pokemon with abandoned and broken-down cars. Her only ace Pokemon was Mimikyu. Her Mimikyu understood what Lucina liked most because she loved Mimikyu the moment they first met. Lucina and Mimikyu were a duo of speed-demons, until their career as a Gym Leader and racer came to a sudden and upsetting end when Lucina's gym experienced an earthquake and the worst part: Lucina and Mimikyu surviving a car crash in the final lap of the Alola Grand Prix. Her days of becoming a gym leader was over, but her history of the racing legacy lives on. His Father, Axel Kazudo, specializes in Steel-type Pokemon as a member of the Aether Foundation and a scientist. When he married Lucina after meeting her at Hau'oli harbor, he began a new life when he raised his son. His only buddy Pokemon was a Magneton because his experiments caught Magneton's attention. Promoted to Sargent at the Aether Foundation laboratories, Axel began experimenting on serums that will help Pokemon and trainers become powerful. The last serum Axel worked on was a NEXO-class rage serum called A-113. His serum was a complete success, but it also resulted Axel and his buddy Magneton's death after a small fatal explosion. Wicke was the first to witness Axel and Magneton's death, so Axel and Magneton's funeral were issued the following morning. You see the Kazudo family were a little bit unlucky. But when their child Ryder was born, they had the slightest feeling that Ryder would be the first to be lucky. Even though what they thought was that Ryder... Come to think of it, they only believed that they'd just only hoped that their son would surely pull the guts to be lucky enough as he should be.
At half past eight, Lucina who wore a widow outfit after his husband's death accidentally bumped into the Kahuna of Mele mele Island named Hala. "Sorry." Said Lucina looking all gloomy. But Hala didn't mind her bumping into him as he said: "Don't be sorry for you know the beast that nearly swallowed the stadium is gone. Rejoice!" Soon after their conversation, Hala bowed to Lucina, and Lucina did the same, and they both left. As she went to a nearby house, she began to watch the news. "You're watching live at what appears to be a mystery to all Pokemon gathering around in groups looking everywhere." Said the news reporter. "Millions of Pokemon seem to act like their looking for a golden hearted trainer as one of the Pokemon has drawn from sketch. Any readings you see my old friend?" "Well, sir." Said the weather reporter. "Pokemon from the the four islands seem to look for an empire as the book says. It only says that one with a golden heart can be found by one Pokemon who's heart is linked to those by love and hope. But as we get to the weather report, you'll see that today will be a sunny day for all trainers to come out and play." Lucina soon turned off the TV, and went to bed sleeping at the stroke of dawn.
Somewhere in Akala Island the one close to Mele mele Island, in Pikachu Valley, there was a small Pichu that hatched out of it's egg. It looked everywhere and wanted to be friends with the other Pikachus, but they just kept ignoring the poor Pichu because it wasn't part of their group. Pikala, the master of Pikachu Valley thought Pichu was part of the group. The Pikachu boss however, thinks otherwise. "Everyone, gather around-Pika!" Said Pikala. "There's been one Pika-child with a golden Pika-heart. I would remind that all of you will have to remain calm until one Pokemon finds it. That's all-Pika!" And all of the Pikachus went on their business. Pichu looked curious. Six hours later, It was a rainy dusk. And all of the Pikachus were getting sleepy. The Pikachu boss counted all of the Pikachus and not poor Pichu. Pichu was sad and all alone that he didn't fit in with the other Pikachus because he was a Pichu. As night came, the rain soon stopped and the stary night sky began to shine bright. Pichu knew he didn't belong here, so Pichu went near the exit of Pikachu Valley. But then he looked back to see an army of Pikachus gathering around to see poor Pichu depart sadly. Pikala looked at the poor Pichu look back at the Pikachus. "If you want to go look for the Pika-child with the golden Pika-heart, you can." Said Pikala. "Just remember, if you really want to pika-go, you can always pika-come back." All of the Pikachus both male and female smiled sadly while waving good-bye to Pichu. Pichu felt as if he is welcomed by a plethora of Pikachu. Pichu soon let out a tear but was determined to say something before Pichu began to evolve. The poor Pichu soon shape-shifted into a Pikachu. Pikachu soon looked all over himself and then began to dance with joy as he cried happily in the stary night. Colorful meteors raced down from the sky as Pikachu became overjoyed. He then waved good-bye back at the Pikachus, Pikala, and the Pikachu boss, and then he went off to find the child with the golden heart.
The lights were turned off across Akala Island. But the young Pikachu was racing his way to find the one he was looking for. As Pikachu made his way to the harbor, he soon fell asleep. As night continued on, a few wild Pokemon began to creep up on Pikachu. Until they were defeated by one of the Island Guardians. The guardian of Mele mele...Tapu Koko...was protecting Pikachu. As Tapu Koko looked at the sleeping Pikachu, he looked around to see why he was here. Then another Island Guardian came. "Fancy seeing you here, Tapu Lele." Said Tapu Koko using telepathy. Tapu Lele looked at Tapu Koko carrying the sleeping Pikachu in a calm mood. "Hello, Tapu Koko." Said Tapu Lele. "Are the rumors about the golden hearted child true?" "That's what I heard." Said Tapu Koko. "The light, and the darkness." "And the child?" Asked Tapu Lele. "Solgaleo and Lunala will have to decide." Said Tapu Koko. "You think it may be wise to believe about a child who may have too much power in his or herself?" Asked Tapu Lele. "I don't know." Said Tapu Koko. "But I think it's up to us to find out." Two more guardians came from the fog to see Tapu Lele and Tapu Koko. It was Tapu Bulu, and Tapu Fini. "Why are we gathered around here for?" Said Tapu Fini. "I assure you that the child may hold a burden, correct?" Said Tapu Koko. "Not exactly." Said Tapu Bulu. "If you want to take that Pikachu to Mele mele island, then so be it. Try not to wake him." The Tapus soon took the sleeping Pikachu on their way to Mele mele Island. As they made finally made it to Hau'oli harbor, to placed Pikachu near the building of the harbor. And then then began to follow the faint light. "Do you really think we can put our trust to a child that has a golden heart?" Said Tapu Lele. "I've so many Pokemon act through the worse sort of things imaginable." "We've may not know what, but unless the Pikachu finds what he's looking for, then will see." Said Tapu Koko as he and the other Tapus looked at a small house. "Until it is time..."
The morning sun rose from the ocean and Ryder woke early as he ate breakfast and told his mother that he'll be back. As Ryder went out for a small walk he looked at the sunny dawn rising up, and pondered what exciting stuff will happen to him. As he reached the Hau'oil City beachside, a few Team Skull grunts were beating the poor same Pikachu from Akala Island. "HEY!" Said Ryder towards Team Skull and the poor Pikachu. It caught their attention. "You better mind your own business, numskull!" Grunt A said. "I don't care what you say, I'm saving that Pokemon if it's the last thing I do!" Roared Ryder. Ryder dragged Pikachu out of Team Skull's reach. Until he was pushed by Team Skull Grunt A. "This is what happens when you interrupt Team Skull!" Said Grunt A. But Ryder got back up forcefully punched grunt A in the face. "That's what happens when you cross my line!" Growled Ryder. "Oh you're so gonna regret doing that!" Said Grunt B. "Forget it, man." Said Grunt A fixing his cheek. "We've cross his line. And we're not gonna go breaking his rage again. Trust me man, it be the last resort we'd go into. We'll get our revenge soon." And the two grunts left by running off. "I gotta get you to the Pokemon Center." Said Ryder. And he took the beaten up Pikachu to the nearby Pokemon center.
An hour later, The Pokemon center lady came to see Ryder. "Good news, the Pikachu is in a healthy condition after we've healed it's wounds, but it's power signatures are still high." She said. "And don't you think that was reckless of you!? If Team Skull came here, you'd be in big trouble!" "The moment I saw then hurting the poor Pikachu, I had to go save him!" Said Ryder. "We understand." The lady said. "But punching a grunt in the face would result you being targeted." "So?" Said Ryder. "I can take it. Besides, This Pikachu has suffered far enough. And I think it's time, every Pokemon should stay safe." As Ryder left, the Pikachu looked at the faint light at Ryder's back. The golden hearted child was Ryder all along. This was Pikachu's chance to catch up. Rushing out of the Pokemon center at the speed of light. Pikachu hurried to find Ryder. Ryder looked behind to the fully energetic Pikachu, and was rammed by Pikachu as the happy Pikachu volt tackled Ryder before causing a gigantic radius of a blackout. "This has never happened to me..." Said Ryder. "Pika-pikachu...("It's not you...") Snickered the Pikachu. Ryder heard Pikachu talk back to him. He now realized t why so many Pokemon were looking for him. It was because his heart was pure golden. As Ryder and the happy Pikachu entered the house, her mother was in front of the front door. "Ryder Axel Kazudo!" Said Lucina. "Do you even realized what you were doing!?" "Not my fault!" Said Ryder. "Blame Team Skull!" "We get that you hate some evil teams, but punching a grunt in the face was a bad move." Said Lucina. "And who is this Pokemon?" "That's the Pikachu I rescued from Team Skull." Said Ryder. Lucina took the time to look at the Pikachu Ryder rescued from Team Skull, and told him: "Okay, I'll give you a one minute time out for punching a Team Skull grunt in the face. But I'll let you pass for rescuing that poor Pikachu. Go to room, please." "Okay, mom." Said Ryder calming down and he went to his room with the questioned Pikachu. Ryder soon lay down on his bed and began to think about his actions, but not to what he did to Team Skull. Ryder then looked at Pikachu who looked back at him curiously. Ryder soon looked at his beloved Ultra Ball he received from his birthday, and took it to catch the Pikachu. But Pikachu thought he wasted his time, and entered the Ultra Ball. "I wasn't ready yet!" Said Ryder. But Pikachu didn't listen. He wanted to be caught by Ryder. And so Pikachu's wish was granted. "Fine, but I'll have to nickname you. Okay?" Said Ryder. The Pikachu soon came out of his Ultra Ball and nodded his head after listening to Ryder. "Pikachu?("Any names you can think of?")" Asked Pikachu. "Again, I wasn't for this." Said Ryder. "I think I'll call you Sparks." Pikachu shook his head left to right. This meant no. "Voltage?" Asked Ryder. Pikachu shook his head no again. "Zues!?" Ryder exclaimed. Pikachu paused for a brief moment until he shook his head no again. "What about Circuit?" Asked Ryder. Pikachu's ears rose up and nodded his head up and down. That meant yes. "Circuit it is!" Said Ryder. "From now on, we'll be best buddies." "Pika("Yay!")" Said Circuit.
And that is where their story really began. Not only that this is a coincidence, but it is only just a choice by the golden heart that brought Circuit here. The heart that brought all Pokemon together...
