Appearance: Uxia is a fairly short girl, with wavy brown hair which reaches her waist, and brown eyes. She loves the colour yellow, and wears it as often as possible, and her everyday wear consists of a yellow cardigan, a white pleated skirt, white knee socks, yellow mary-janes, and a yellow ribbon in her hair. She carries a white kit bag, with a heal ball pattern, and a pachirisu keychain on the strap.
Personality: Uxia is an incredibly sweet and kind girl, who believes with all her might that every pokemon deserves a chance to shine. She never catches pokemon in the traditional way, and only makes them join her team if they want to. She also has a habit of caring for pokemon that nobody else wants, seeing as she takes such pity on them.
Home region: Nita (A fanmade region based on Spain)
Pokemon:
Sparky (Male pachirisu): When Uxia turned ten, she, like most of the other kids in her home region, went to Aidan, her local gym leader, for her starter (In Nita, there is no professor, so kids have to get their starters from gym leaders. They give out starters based on the type of pokemon they use). She chose a pachirisu, and named him Sparky. He is somewhat timid, but he is very close to Uxia, and feels a lot more confident when he's performing with her.
Fleur (Female meganium): Uxia found an injured chikorita, just outside of Rappacini Meadow, and decided to look after it. When it recovered, Uxia released it, so it could go back to its family, but its family hapoened to have been caught by other trainers, by the time that it recovered. Desperate and alone, the chikorita returned to Uxia, who let it join her party. Fleur is very affectionate, and loves to eat Uxia's poffins.
Bruja (Female mismagius): As a misdreavus, she used to torture the pokemon of Verde Forest with her cries, because they wouldn't play with her. Her anger over this caused her to become a local legend, and some called her the witch of the place. Convinced that something was up, Uxia approached the misdreavus, and despite being endlessly tormented by her cries, refused to give up on her. Eventually, the misdreavus gave in, and Uxia managed to guess that it was only angry because nobody liked her. After spending the night with Uxia, she joined the party. Bruja is somewhat cold and distant, but she does care for Uxia, and is quite close to Sparky... Who she may or may not have a crush on...
Lucius (Male kirlia): Uxia saw him being released by his trainer, because he wouldn't take his dawn stone, and evolve into gallade. She took pity on him and offered him a pokeball, promising him that she'd look after him, and that she'd never force him to evolve, if he didn't want to. He accepted the pokeball, and joined Uxia's team. He wears an everstone necklace which Uxia made for him, to keep him from evolving, and he is very flighty and proud.
Fluff (Female furret): While practicing for a showcase, Uxia spotted a furret, who was putting on a performance of her own. Impressed by what she saw, Uxia tried to approach the furret to catch it, but it was frightened that she might beat it up to get experience for her pokemon, and ran away. Uxia spent three days looking for the furret, and eventually found it in tears behind a showcase hall, fearing that it would never get to perform, because nobody would ever want it. Uxia told it that she was a performer, and that she wanted it to perform with her. Overjoyed, the furret took a quick ball from Uxia's bag, and let herself be caught. Fluff loves performing, but has low self esteem, and is self-conscious around rarer pokemon, whom she was teased by a lot, in the wild. She hates eevees, due to having been picked on all the time by them.
Chip (Male salandit): Salandit, especially male ones, are common pests in southern Nita, much like rattata are in Kanto, and being a male salandit, no-one wanted Chip. Uxia found him scrounging around outside a restaurant for food, feasting on uneaten chips. She took him back to the hotel she was staying at, noticing that he was starved, sick, and desperate. She fed him and gave him medicine, and when he recovered, he decided to join her team, and she named him Chip, after the first thing she'd seen him eat. Chip is ok with performing, but he prefers helping Uxia in the trivia rounds of showcases, as he is tremendously fast, and good at getting to the finish line first.
