Allright everyone, it took me a while to
get my motivation back. Let's start
back up with another issue!!
"Woo Hoo!" Nico yelled, running into town. "We've made it to
Petalburg City!" Announced Nico to all his friends. The others celebrated as well. After they took a trip to the PMC and the Poke'Mart, Nico heard his stomach rumble. "Umm, guys? I think we might wanna stop for dinner." Said Nico. The rest of the team agreed, feeling hungry as well. They stopped at a restaurant.
Once they got in, they found it empty of coutomers exept for one boy sitting at the counter drinking a shake. The group ordered after sitting next to him. Nico then saw a Pikachu sitting on the boy's lap. "Hey! Cute Pikachu!" Nico said to him. "Thank you! I'm Yellow by the way!" She said. Nico, hearing her voice, reevaluated his mind realizing that she was a girl. "Name's Nico, and this is Mudkip!" He said. Mudkip, who was always out of his Poke'Ball, waved to the two. "Hey! Wanna join us on our quest! Our party is a bit crowded, but we can make room for one more, right?" He told Yellow and the group. "Well, as long as your friends don't mind." She said. The group discussed the matter, and in the end decided to let Yellow join. The group now made their way to the Petalburg gym, but they knew it was too strong. The whole team wondered why Nico was so egar to visit this gym.
Nico ran into the gym, and the group saw Norman talking to a trainer.
The trainer nodded and left. "Heya dad! I got my first Pokemon today!" Said Nico to Norman. The whole group was shocked out of their minds. "Your telling us that Norman is your dad!?" Exclaimed Cy. "Looking closer though, you can kind of see the resemblance." Said Yellow. "Aha! So today's the day, huh? Well, I always knew I would give you a gift on this day, and I have the perfect one!" Said Norman, pulling out a Poke'Ball. Nico took the Poke'Ball and sent it out. It was a Slakoth. "Wow! I've seen you train these before? Thanks dad!" Said Nico, returning the Pokemon. "Now you've had a big day. Time for some rest. You all can stay here for the night. I have free beds as all my students who usually sleep in them are in fact on summer break." Said Norman, opening up the door to the cabins. "Thanks Mr.Norman!" Said Avelyn.
After a hard day of work, the group finally got some rest.
