Missing: Missing Part 5

by TheAverageCharmeleon

TheAverageCharmeleon Missing Chapter 5- If I can get at least 3 likes, I will continue with 5 new chapters in one day! I need 3 likes by Monday though or I will just continue with one chapter.
I realized how rude it was for me to stare at her without asking her name. I asked her, but she merely shook her head.

“That is for me to know and for you to find out.” She annoyed me in a strange way, but at the same time it was very amusing. Her pikachu had shifted its attention to my backpack where it wouldn’t stop sniffing. I finally released both of my pokemon. This seemed to satisfy the pikachu. Eevee took a instant liking to the pikachu. He chased him around the small room. Both the girl and I laughed. The girl sat down on the couch. I did the same.

“You really don’t like me very much do you.” I said. The girl looked at me directly in the eyes. Her eyes were blue and sorrowful. She looked ready to cry. Her black hair shook around her face as she drew in a sharp breath.

“People don’t usually talk to me. Well, except for my parents, but family is family. It’s nice to talk to a kid my age.” I felt a urge to hug her, but I held myself back. I shot a quick glance at a nearby clock, suspended on the far wall. Nurse Joy, who had been listening to our whole conversation, came over to announce that it was time to turn off the lights. She led us to a very small bedroom with two sets off bunk beds. I asked the girl if she wanted the top or bottom. She almost immediately declared she preferred the bottom. I left my bag on the nightstand before climbing into bed. I let eevee and nidoran sleep with me. I felt safe and warm with them atop me. I closed my eyes ready for a new day.
