Angel is a very small female shiny Articuno with massive wings and tail.

Additional info: Angel is very faint-hearted and can be tricked into doing anything whether it be good or bad, but she would never hurt her friends even if she's under somebody else's control. Angel is as tall as a Raichu and weighs as much as a Pikachu and loves preforming in the contest spectacular. She doesn't like fighting and doesn't understand the concept of battling, whenever she gets attacked or targeted her friends always have her back and whenever she's alone, which she rarely is, she uses her charm ability to trick the enemy into falling in love with her and then flying away. Up to this day, she has many admirers including some her friends. Whenever she meets Arceus, Darkrai or Mewtwo she refers to them as "Mister Darkrai", "Master Arceus" and "sir Mewtwo", when referring to Rayquaza, Kyogre or Groudon she also calls them "Master" just like Arceus. She has very big wings and a very small body which was caused when she born and hatched, her wings prevented her from growing. Her best friend is Pan the pikachu who she never leaves and whenever they do, she uses Aurora beam to reflect Pan ino the sky and watch him to make sure he's safe.
