Tyler began to walk up Route One when he was stopped by a young trainer
"Hey, you're a new trainer from Pallet Town right?"
"Yeah, why?" Tyler replied confusedly
"Well my dad was from Pallet town and now he's the Viridian Gym Leader but I haven't seen him in ages, if you meet him please tell me!"
Tyler nodded before he continued walking, all of a sudden a wild Pidgey attacked him.
"Okay then, Squirtle let's go!"
"Squirt!"
Tyler pointed to Pidgey
"Use Water Gun!"
"Squirt, Squirtle!"
"Okay now use Tackle!"
The Pidgey had clearly realised it would lose and ran off so Tyler and Squirtle headed into Viridian City and headed straight for the Pokemon League, where they ran into Blue.
"Sorry bud, can't get through there until you have eight badges!"
"Awww.... Well i'll just try even harder then I thought i'd have to!" Tyler replied "Speaking of which, I wanna get stronger so let's battle!"
"Sure!" Blue said as he sent out Bulbasaur
"Use Vine Whip!"
"Squirtle, Dodge it and use Tackle!"
"Squirtle!"
After taking down Bulbasaur, Squirtle began to use Water Gun in it's face
"Hey, that's not fair!" Blue complained
"It's a battle, Blue stop being a sore loser!" Tyler replied jokingly before Squirtle finally took out Bulbasuar.
"Like I said someday i'll beat you, but for now Smell Ya Later!"
Tyler laughed as Blue ran off before noticing the Poke Mart
'Hey I can get some Pokeballs!" He thought to himself as he picked up Squirtle and walked towards it.........
