This Pokemon use to be a prinplup, now its Ittan'nyobo, the name means "possessed cotton" and "female sea monster", I made its type Water/Fairy. and its cotton arms are used to suffocate its prey, and it's two ribbon-like wings are used to attract other Pokemon to follow it's commands.
