The trio of mythical pokémon headed towards waterfall cave. It wasn't too far from treasure town, but it was still a long distance away. There was a bit of tension, as the three didn't speak much to one another. "Either of you two wanna fight on the way there?" Zeraora said. "No" Deoxys said. "No" Hoopa said. Both replied almost instantly after Zeraora finished speaking. Refusing his challenge, Zeraora was a bit upset by this, "What do you mean you don't wanna fight?! It's a perfectly good oppertunity!" Zeraora said. Deoxys didn't bother to respond to this, and at this point, hoopa has had enough of Zeraora. The two nearly gotten into a fight, but to Zeraora's dissatisfaction, that fight didn't happen. Instead Zeraora would have to take out his frustration on the dangerous pokémon within the cave itself. There were plenty of pokémon willing to fight anyone that crossed their path.
The group arrived at Waterfall Cave. There wasn't any visible entrance around. Deoxys managed to locate an entrance behind a waterfall. Deoxys levitated through the waterfall, and and went through an entrance ust behind the waterfall. Zeraora leaped through the waterfall, performing a flip before landing. Hoopa casually went through the waterfall, as it wasn't trying to show off.
The three headed further into the waterfall. The group had to fight off all sorts of water type pokémon. Zeraora excelled in this place ten fold. Most of the pokémon were weak to his electric attacks, giving him an immense advantage. Zeraora showed this advantage by taking out many pokémon on their way to the depths of Waterfall Cave. Deoxys and hoopa took out their fair share, but didn't have the same type advantage as zeraora.
The pokémon heard rumbling as they went further into the cave. There was also more water further down. Eventually they reached the end of the cave. several figures stood to the far side of the cave. The three couldn't make out who these figures were. One thing that seemed to catch their eyes, was a strange portal. One of the figures floated through the portal. They didn't get a good look of it before it before the portal shut. One of the creatures stepped into the light. It was a blacephalon. There were two other blacephalon, as well. The blacephalon didn't speak ,but instead did something odd. The first blacephalon lifted its head right off its body, the others then did the same. As they did, they began throwing them. The heads exploded which startled the three mythical pokémon. The combined explosion caused the ground to shake. Though luckily the mythical pokémon managed to avoid the attack. Their heads began to regenerate. Each mythical pokémon took on a blacephalon. Hoopa managed to keep one of them back with dark pulse and shadow ball. Zeraora managed to put up a strong close quarters fighting with thunder punch and close combat. Deoxys managed to stay very mobile with teleport and aerial ace.
They would have defeated the blacephalon, but heard a cry for help. It was a pokémon in danger. The mythical pokémon had to prioritize saving pokémon over fighting the three attackers. They managed to save all the pokémon that were in danger. However the blacephalon managed to escape, albeit in a fairly injured state.
The three mythical pokémon were still left without much knowledge. Strange pokémon they never seen before seemed to be a likely culprit for the most recent events. However this didn't seem like concrete enough proof to deoxys. Hoopa and Zeraora were pretty contempt that they were, however deoxys was still skeptical. Whatever the case, they would need to strike again. The only problem with waiting for that is, they don't know where to go next. The three began thinking about how they could better understand this new potential threat.
Meanwhile... Adam and Monica, the kirlia and gothorita decided to head to Marine Resort. A beautiful beach area. The duo even managed to steal some nice souvenirs. None of the stuff they gained had any benefits to either of them. However the items were still valuable, and worth a lot of money. The two weren't sure if they should keep it for their collection, or simply sell it for money. Possibly even steal it back, after they gotten their money. However first they would have to decide what they wanted to do with their new treasures.
