I am sorry about the fact that this is technically a stoner joke, I mean, it's not beneath ME, but it's probably beneath most of you.
So yeah, I saw this product in a store I was working at and the pun came into my head and I decided"what the heck, I'll draw it"! I vaguely remember saying I found Pikachu surprisingly tough to draw, turns out Riachu is no different. I did my best to fix it and make it look presentable, but...eh.
