Hydroneseon gave up its ability to manipulate everything around it for mastery over water. Hydroneseon will slowly let water out of its skin, making at noticeably wet in about half a day, though hydroneseon will often clean itself of water, making it dry most of the time. Is capble of making balls of nervy water, floating them away from it and using it as a ceterpoint for water based attacks.
