Home-Made Tie-Dye Bag (With Shaymin XD)

Shiny Blue Gardevoir I made this bag last night, using black dye and rubber bands. I let it soak in the dye for an hour, before drying it, and washing it. Here's the finished product, with a cameo from Shaymin XD
