Drawing Notebook 4: Galactic Overlord Cleats Webber

The best friend of Lord Poithon, this fishy Galactic Overlord has sharp teeth, sharp cleats, and yes... his mustache consists of two smiling mouths. His gloved left hand got burned from slapping a woman made of lava. I'll be uploading only two more characters from Drawing Notebook 4, because the rest are a lot worse than these and not worth showing here. Some of the ones in notebooks 1-3 were, but I stupidly threw them away...
