Father Time is the most powerful character in Drawing Notebook 4 and the whole universe. There's a rule that you can't travel through space without the passage of time, but he can literally stop time and still move while everything and everyone around him can't. This means he can kill his opponents while they are frozen in time. On top of that, he's emotionless and invulnerable to any attack, being that he's a god-like entity not made of the same matter as living things. The only way to defeat him is to create a distortion in space on his body, like a black hole.
How does freezing time work? Well, what he does is reduce his body to a "Space Degree" of zero. Space Degree is the degree to which you exist in space. Humans and anything tangible have a Space Degree of 1, ghosts and things intangible have a lower Degree, the spirit world even lower, and lower still for anything completely imperceptible. If the world is a bunch of layers, each space degree is its own, invisible to the layer above it. That means more tangible, higher-degree beings can't see ghosts, other low-degree entities. Father Time is the only one capable of achieving a space degree of zero, so he can move in space while everything around him stands still and ignorant of his actions.
Originally, Father Time is introduced as the 5th strongest Clusterlord "Four Mask," who looks the same as Father Time but wears a happy face instead of an emotionless one. Only attacks that are carried out with the same emotion as the mask he wears will hurt him. That means if Four Mask is happy, the opponent must happily strike his mask to shatter it. When the first mask shatters, a sad mask is revealed under it, and you must attack it with sadness in your heart to destroy it. His third mask is angry, and the fourth is excited.
Four Mask is an incomplete, sealed form of Father Time, and he eventually regains his true form towards the end of the storyline. His height is 10'5," his age is the dawn of time, and he is genderless, despite the masculine pronouns I've been using.
