Belle was my favorite besides Tiana in terms of overall character design and personalities. When redesigning her in the more Pokemon style I wanted her dress to be shorter. The reason I picked boots is that I love drawing boots.
Easiest Pokemon on this page was Rotom. Most difficult was...Furfrou, who I decided would be shiny.
