Don't worry, Popplio isn't mad, she's just upset that she'll never be able to look at you the same way ever again.
So, I sketched this while at work and decided to take an hour or two out of my life to color and touch it up. Doesn't look particularly great, but I think it came out a little cute, besides, it has been far too long since I posted a picture of Popplio, the best clown sea lion (seriously, I haven't loved a starter this much since Totodile).
