Dewgong - female, Brave, good endurance
Vivi's job tends to focus on monitoring sealife. This falls anywhere from habitat checkups to radar tracking individuals. One of her more major tasks was tagging a group of Seel & Dewgong to keep tabs on their population levels.
Vivi's group wanted to tag one of the dominant females, but it proved difficult. The Dewgong managed to knock out Seadra and break one of the handler's arms, but in the process injured itself quite severely.
By the Unovan Research Statutes, they were thus required to capture it and get a licensed Pokémon physician to look it over, and release it back into the wild once it was healed. Vivi's group managed to catch it and take it to a Pokecenter, but after its disappearance its pod refused to accept it back.
Vivi ended up keeping it to study Dewgong habits in different levels of captivity. Aside from Lapras, it's her most cooperative feral Pokemon.
