It Was A Hot Day In The Vesta Region, It Was A Region Not Many People Knew About, Not As Bad As Sinnoh, But Not As Good As Johto, It Was In Between, It Was A Giant Island, They Made It A Region In A Flash Though, Oh I Forgot To Say My Name, I'm Gold Pokeballer, Most People Just Call Me Gold, I Just Turned 12, I Was Suppose To Go On My Adventure Threw Johto When I Was 10, But There Was A Disaster, I Don't Know Much, But What I Can Remember There Was A Brand New Powerplant Being Built, My Dad And Mom Signed Up To Work There, But Since It Was New... It's Defences Weren't So Good... A Unknown Team Broke In, Not Team Rocket, But Some Team Named "Team Ray", They Were Idiots Though, They Didn't Know What They Were Doing And Messed Up The Reactor.. I Was Taking The Bus Home When The Area Of The Powerplant Went Boom.. I Didn't Know What Happened After That, I Fainted On The Bus, And Then I Woke Up In The Vesta Region In My Aunt's House, I Didn't Know How Long I Slept, But I Just Lived From There, But It Wasn't Easy... I Was Picked On... I Don't Know Why... But Now Time To Finally Get My First Pokémon

I Woke Up All Droopy And Looked At The Clock, "11:50 AM? 11:50 AM... OH NO I'M GONNA BE LATE FOR THE STARTER GIVEAWAY" I Shouted As I Quickly Got Dressed, I Grabbed My Bracelet, It Was The Last Thing I Ever Got From My Parents Before They Died.. It Had A Random Hole.. Big Enough To Fit A Circular Stone. I Rushed Out The Door All Dressed As I Said Goodbye To My Aunt, I Dashed To The Lab, But Got Stopped By Some Bullies. "Hey! Ore, Where Do You Think Your Going, There Is Only One More Starter Left, And Rick Is Going To Get It!" Said One Of Them As Another One Ran Off, "Well, What Are You Going To Do Stop Me.." I Said, Being One Of The Biggest Mistakes I Made At That Point Of Time, There Were 4 Of Them, 5 If You Count The One That Ran Off, They All Sent Out There Pokémon... A Piplub, Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, And Strangely, A Riolu, "Attack My Pokémon!" They All Shouted As They Came At Me, The Riolu Punched Me Knocking Me Back Threw A Glass Window, A Grabbed The Sharpest Glass Shard From The Shattered Glass Pile, The Bulbasaur Was Charging Right At Me, That's When I Stuck The Shard Right In It's Head, "Nooo! Bulbasaur!" One Of The Bullies Said, They Got Madder.. I Grabbed A Mannequin From The Display That Was Behind Me, I Used It To Block A Cyndaquil's Ember, I Jumped Up And Hit The Piplub With The Mannequin I Was Holding Like A Baseball Bat, The Piplub Passed Out And Didn't Wake Up.. Another Bully Shouted "Noo! Not Another One!". I Was Surprised At How Well I Was Holding Up, Until The Riolu And Cyndaquil Cornered Me.. But Right Then The Bully That Called Rick Ran Out And Tripped On A Pokeball And The One In His Hands Went Flying, "What!" Shouted Rick, Out Came A Torchic, It Fell On The Riolu Tripping It Then Boosted The Cyndaquil's Fire, It Overheated Then Fainted Them All In A Giant Fire.. "How.." Said The Supposed Leader Of The Bullies, "This Isn't The Last You Will See Of Us..". They All Left After That, I Just Remembered That Rick Got The Last One... I Started Walking Off. When I Was About Home Some Old Guy Stopped Me, "Hey Kid" Said The Guy. "What?" I Replied, "You Got Moxie, I Think It Was Good You Stood Up To Those Bullies, Here Take This" The Guy Tossed Me A Pokeball And Ran Off Before I Could Say Thank You.. I Tossed The Pokeball And Out Came A Gligar, I Was Shocked, A Gligar?! But Why Did He Give It To Me.. I Stared At It And It Stared At Me, After A Minute That Felt Like A Hour Went By The Gligar Said "Gli". "Erm Hi Gligar" I Responded, It Was All Awkward Silence From There, We Went Home And I Told My Aunt About How I Was Late But A Guy Gave Me A Gligar, I Didn't Tell Her About The Bully Part Though, "Amazing.. This Gligar Must Be Special If That Guy Gave It To This Very Special Kid" She Said, I Smirked, I Just Then Remembered About The Weedle I Caught In A Jar Once, Not With A Pokeball, But I Fed It, Didn't Use It Though, Even Though It Was Legal, My Aunt Tossed Me A Empty Pokeball And Said "Go Catch That Weedle.. Its Ok, I Knew" She Said, I Was Surprised But Excited Then I Ran Upstairs And Caught The Weedle, I Looked Outside Of My Bedroom Window And Saw More Weedles, They Were A Different Color, But I Didn't Think Much Of It. I Ran Outside And Breathed Up That Las Vesta Air, Yup I Lived In Las Vesta, Its Name Is A Bit Miss Leading Though, Its Deffinitly A Big City, But Not The Size Of Las Vegas In Johto, They Built It Along The Coast Of Vesta, They Decided To Put Route 1 And Victory Road By It, I Started Walking To Route 1 Ready To Begin My Adventure, Right As I Stepped Into Route 1 And Saw All The Weedles, I Just Found Something Out... My Weedle Was A Shiny. I Shouted In Excitement, "My Weedle Is A Shiny! Woohoo!". I Went Sonic Speed Threw The First 20 Meters Of Route 1 Until I Got Stopped By A Trainer, It Was Youngster Joey, My Brother...
