Couch Shinx - Story Doodles

Storybook First and foremost, this does not have anything to do with Zamcio's incredible contest :p

That aside, this is me trying to figure out how the creative corner works XD I figure that if I'm going to be using it for this contest thingy I might as well figure out how.

So here is a quick doodle of a Shinx trying to impersonate my cat, one of the first in a series of randomness that is me trying to figure out how to draw a Shinx XD. Bask in the beauty of my mediocre drawing skills while I figure out whether or not this works :p

    My cat would be proud to hear that XD That's his expression.. all day... every day XD

    Hmm.. well, I knew something (well, a lot of somethings) was wrong, but I hadn't thought of proportions. I'm not really an artist or, really, I haven't had time to focus on art, so I guess I'm just not sure what to look for. But yeah, I think that would be helpful, if you don't mind.

    I actually like it's facial expression! I think that you just need to fix a bit of body proportions, I have a book abiut that that helped me A LOT when I started drawing, if you want, I could send you some pictures (in fact, the example is a cat) if you want.
