They went to the board and picked up all the jobs that were there. When they returned back in town, they saw a Jumpluff begging Shiftry's team to help his friend. "Please, my friend is trapped under heavy boulders, and you're the only one who can get him out!"

Alakazam came out of nowhere. "Why must you be so cold hearted? Rescue teams are meant to save pokemon from the dangers of the world. You can do this simple task can you not?"
"I guess so." Shiftry moaned then went to rescue the Jumpluff's friend.
"Alakazam, what are you doing here?" Shadow asked.
"Me and my team needed to prepare for a mission." Alakazam said still looking inspired by Shadow's speech. Shadow and Alakazam's team started talking about what the meaning of a rescue team was, while Blaze and Christian asked one of the town's folk about Alakazam's team. They said Alakazam was the leader, he didn't like combat, so he used his psychic powers. Charizard used his flamethrower to melt mountains. Tyranitar used his rock abilities to stop a waterfall. "Christian let's try to become like them someday!" Blaze cried.
"Yeah!"
"I have to leave." Shadow said to Alakazam.
"As do we." Alakazam's team left to rescue some troubled pokemon. The Team of Justice got some rest to start a new day.
