Blake and I had picked up a random conversation on our ages. Don't ask me why.
"I was born on the 21st of May." I commented.
"7th October."
Suddenly, a leaf whizzed by our heads, trimming my bangs. It looked like a razor leaf.
"What the heck was that?" Blake choked.
We heard a command for razor leaf behind a nearby bush. when we stepped through, There stood a male trainer and an adorable little Pokemon. I had never seen it before.
"Oh. Who are you?" the trainer looked at us in disgust.
"Um, I'm Blake and this is Jax."
"Are you brother and sister?"
"No." I replied.
"Boyfriend and girlfriend?"
"What?" Blake blushed and sputtered with laughter. Something in his laughter sounded fake.
"We're just travel companions. Nothing more." I explained.
"Yeah well, Celebi and I have to train so scram."
Blake's face darkened. He looked mad. I could understand he just discovered who was to be his main rival.
"Why don't you scram?" Blake spoke softly, yet scarily.
"Because we were here first. Bug off."
"Then I guess we will 'bug off.' Anorith, I chose you!"
