The group made it to the next gym in Laverre City. Before they had training to make their pokemon stronger. Flame started his 6th gym battle.
"Mawile I choose you." Valerie said.
"Fletchinder I choose you." Flame said.
"Let the battle begin." Ref said.
"Mawile use Crunch." Valerie said and Fletchinder was weakened.
"Fletchinder use Steel Wing." Flame said and Mawile was weakened.
"Mawile use Feint Attack." Valerie said and Fletchinder was weakened.
"Fletchinder use Steel Wing once more." Flame said and Mawile was defeated.
"Mawile return, Mister Mime I choose you." Valerie said.
"Fletchinder return, Frogadier I choose you." Flame said. "Frogadier use Water Pulse." Mr. Mime is weakened.
"Mr. Mime use Psychic." Valerie said and Frogadier was weakened.
"Flame might get fairyied today." Aspen said.
"Frogadier use Cut." Flame said and Mr. Mime was weakened.
"Mr. Mime use Psychic again." Valerie said and Frogadier was defeated.
"Frogadier return, Fletchinder come back out." Flame said. "Fletchinder use Steel Wing." Mr. Mime was weakened.
"Mr. Mime use Psychic." Valerie said and Fletchinder was about defeated when it evolved into Talonflame.
"Alright, lets light up this battle." Aspen said.
"Really?" Mal asked.
"What?" Aspen said.
"Talonflame use Steel Wing." Flame said and Mr. Mime was defeated.
"Mr. Mime return, Sylveon I choose you" Valerie said. "Sylveon use Swift." Talonflame was defeated.
"Talonflame return." Flame said.
"Now its even steven." Aspen said.
"AGAIN!?!?!" Mal said.
"What?" Aspen said.
"Honedge I choose you." Flame said. "Honedge use Slash." Sylveon was weakened.
"Sylveon use Swift once again." Valerie said and Honedge was weakened.
"Honedge use Shadow Sneak." Flame said and Sylveon was weakened.
"Sylveon use Quick Attack." Valerie said and Honedge was weakened.
"Honedge use Slash." Flame said and Sylveon was defeated.
"Sylveon return." Valerie said.
"Honedge return." Flame said. Flame got his badge and went to the pokemon center to heal his pokemon.
"Next up Anistar City." Mal said.
"Where they are psychicing things up." Aspen said.
"WHY?!?!?!?" Mal said.
