9 years, 11 months and 12 days passed and Eliza was brave and very smart. She still had that dream of becoming a Pokemon Trainer. Eliza was always wearing a purple wreath in her hair but she didn't even know where it came from.
On the 13th of August it was Eliza's 10th birthday. She had a big suprise waiting for her. She woke up to a fresh breeze. She combed her long and wavy hair and wore her purple tank top. She put her flower wreath on and had some breakfast.
Her mum Kendall and her sat in the car and drove out of the driveway. Eliza had no clue where she was going. It was not a very long drive though. She kept nagging but Kendall kept on saying that it was a surprise.
They had passed Eliza's best friend's house and passed the Twinleaf Town's border. They saw some tall grass as they were driving. They passed a lake and were now on Route 201. It was a bumpy drive because there were so many twists and turns.
Eliza and Kendall saw this kind looking lady with an apron on. It looked like she was from a Pokemart. We were getting closer to her and it looked like she was going to talk to them. So Kendall pulled the car over and hopped out to see what the lady was going to
say. She had a smile on her face and looked very generous.
The lady introduced herself. Her name was Amy, and she worked at the Pokemart. She shook Kendall's hand and shook Eliza's hand. Amy was holding a bottle of some sort.
"We are giving out free Potions! Potions are a type of Pokemon medicine. It restores a Pokemon's health. Take a bottle!" Amy said. But Kendall told the Pokemart Lady that they did not have any Pokemon right now. But Amy still gave it to her, then smiled and said "Enjoy your day!".
Eliza and her mum got back into the car and continued their travel. Eliza then realised the car stopped. It was Reversing into the car park. Eliza then asked where they where and Kendall said that they were in Sandgem Town.
There was a Pokecenter, Pokemart, little houses, the wonderful beach and a lab. Eliza and Kendall stepped out of the car and walked across the street. They stopped at a large building.
