Bonnie dashed toward the front door of her house, Dedenne on her shoulder. She'd just reached the doorknob when Clemont stopped her.
"Be careful out there, ok?"
He handed her Dedenne's Pokeball.
"I will."
She put it in her bag, smiling.
"I'll come back with a Bug Badge, I promise!!"
"Alright, if you say so. By the way, stop by the Professor's Lab on your way."
Clemont grinned.
"He has something for you."

"Now Bonnie, these are special Pokemon that don't appear in the Kalos region. Whichever one you choose, you have to take good care of it. Ok?"
