Going into this, you would already know who the winner is.
Steven is strong, but Cynthia stomps.
And that's mostly because all of Steven's Pokemon are Rock- or Steel-Type.
They can easily be beaten by Lucario's Aura Sphere and Garchomp's Brick Break.
Not to mention Gastrodon's Muddy Water and Milotic's Surf.
Did I mention Roserade's Energy Ball?
And the fact that Gastrodon, Lucario, and Garchomp all know Earthquake?
Cynthia has a TON of advantages over Steven.
For Steven's Steel-Types, you have Gastrodon, Lucario, and Garchomp's Earthquake and Lucario's Aura Sphere and Garchomp's Brick Break.
For Steven's Rock-Types, there's Milotic's Surf, Gastrodon's Muddy Water, Roserade's Energy Ball, Lucario's Aura Sphere, Garchomp's Brick Break, Gastrodon's Earthquake, Lucario's Earthquake, and Garchomp's Earthquake.
That's more than enough.
Plus, Cynthia has higher leveled Pokemon.
I think the obvious winner here is Cynthia.




...unless we're talking shinies.
