Cayla took a deep breath as she walked out onto the performance stage for the Jubilife contest. This was her very first contest, and she was determined to win.
"Pachi, it's show time!" The black haired girl called as she threw her PokeBall. Cayla decided to wear a pink sweater dress, with blue sleeves for her first contest. Out of the PokeBall came a lot of stars that wrapped around a pink Pachirisu, with blue eyes; Pachi. Pachi did a spin and the stars flew around him before the shattered and made him sparkle. Pachi landed on his front paws, his cheeks sparking pink. "Pachi use Sweet Kiss!" Cayla called.
Pachi jumped from his front paws and landed on his hind ones. Putting his small white paws to his mouth he closed his eyes and made a smooch sound. A large pink heart was in front of the EleSquirrle's muzzle.
"And we start things off with a adorable Sweet Kiss." The MC of the contest monitored.
"Now use Discharge!" Cayla exclaimed, and Pachi gathered electricity in his cheeks before he released it. The pink electric attack hit the large heart, causing it to burst into multiple, smaller hearts with beautiful strands of light pink sparks danced around them.
"My what a cute display!" The MC smiled.
"Now Pachi use Nuzzel!" Pachi started nuzzeling his front paws, a burst of pink sparks surrounded his white and pink body, making his fur sparkle beautifully. "Bow." Both trainer and Pokemon bowed as the crowed cheered.
