burst seal story revealed

one day the water port city gym leader was at the library in dusty city and looking at comics, we he turned the page an item fell out and he was surprise because it matched the picture on the comic so he ask the librarian to check out the comic and some books. he reached the comic and found out that it was called the burst heart and he said that is impossible because it don't exist in any region but in this one so he went to attack island to talk with the scientist that was an ex team dark member that help the gym leaders out and it was real so the gym leader asked the scientist if he can make something better from the burst heart and he said yes and after a few days of working in the lab the burst seal was created and the gym leader tested it with his lugia and it worked.
