"Mom?" (Name) called, she walking through the halls of the Capsule Corporation building. "Mom? Where are you?" The small half Saiyan girl walked straight into the kitchen only to feel a bunch of eyes on her. Eyes being those of her mother, brother, Future form of her brother and an unknown pair of eyes.

"'Mom'?" Came the unknown man's words, he glaring at Bulma with a slightly annoyed look. "Something you didn't tell me, Bulma?" The female scientists was about to speak, until...

"Who the hell are you?" Everyone turned towards (Name) once again. Though, the coldest stare she ever felt was from the man she questioned. He looked a lot like Trunks and the one from the future. And, a lot like herself. But, he was also unfamiliar to her.

"Well, (Name), honey... This is your father, say hi." The blue haired scientist said with a wary smile, her arms moving towards (Name)'s said 'father'.

The 14 year old glared at her supposed father, her brother, who was 23, slowly backed out the room. He mumbling something about having a date with someone. Future Trunks also excused himself, though it was something about Capsule Corporation and helping with sales.

Which now left a big amount of awkward in the kitchen. Bulma, Vegeta and (Name). This is a recipe for disaster.

"Hello, 'Father' who missed out on all my childhood. Nice to meet you." Came a rather sarcastic amount of words from the half Saiyan teen. She was definitely holding a grudge against him. Since, he has been gone since she was conceived. Something about training, if Bulma remembers correctly.

"(Name)!" Her mother gasped, noticing how a tick mark appeared on Vegeta's forehead. Apparently the small teen had struck a nerve. But, the Saiyan man stayed silent, a sigh leaving his mouth.

"What? No comeback, dad? Not going to tell me that I'm wrong in someway? That I was a mistake? An accident? Going to make some excuse about training being your life so you can beat Goku? Huh?" She asked, almost teasing him. She was upset, that much was certain. Her eyes held sadness and she had tears welling in her eyes. "I'm outta here. Mom, I don't want to talk to him." And, the half Saiyan left the room.

"(N--" Bulma was cut off by the most surprising of sights. Which made her heart flutter and her eyes wide, she watching the Saiyan man run out of the room after his daughter.

"(Name), come back." Vegeta begged. And, just so I can make this whole scenario better for all of you. Vegeta, the Prince of the Saiyans, does NOT beg. So, you, my dear Reader-chan, are special. Special enough to get the most pride driven man in the galaxy to beg you.

"I said I don't want to talk to you." (Name) said firmly, tears spilling over her cheeks. Now time for a bit of description. Alike her father, she was short in height. But, alike her mother, she had blue hair and blue eyes. She did have a Saiyan tail, one she asked to keep on purpose. Making her the only Saiyan, still alive, to have a tail. Unless you count Goku and Vegeta. When they go Super Saiyan Level 4.

She had her hair a lot like her mother's, short and neat. But, wore a (f/c) tank top and a pair of jeans, with leather gloves and boots. Definitely Vegeta's child.

"And, I want to talk to you. Whether you like it or not." Came the Saiyan's words, he following her towards the elevator. Which she was probably going to take to her bedroom, which was clearly not on the first floor.

"Then, speak. I give you three minutes. As that is, at walking pace, the time it takes to get to my room. Once I'm inside, I never EVER want to see you again." *ding* The elevator door opened at the two walked in.

Vegeta was, oddly, wide eyed. He hadn't even talked to her yet and she set a time limit and told him he never will see her after today. Stubborn. She reminded him a lot of himself.

"Okay..." The Saiyan man heaved out a sigh, nodding his head. He wasn't sure where to start. He only got three minutes to explain himself. Was that even enough? "I'm sorry I wasn't here for you--" He was cut off by a scoff from his daughter. "Look, it takes a lot. When Kakarrot was gone, the universe needed someone to help it. If you believe me, or care, besides Kakarrot, I am the strongest in the universe."

"Huh... I call bullshit. You're the strongest in the universe. Pretty sure I'm stronger, dad." Said the half Saiyan female. "I think that's just you're pride talking."

"I'm beginning to wonder what Bulma and Trunks told you about me..." He mumbled softly, but not quiet enough because (Name) had heard him.

"'Vegeta Briefs. Prince of the Saiyans. Married to my mom. Hates my brother. All about being stronger than Goku. Has the biggest pride and ego in the universe.'" Came her reply, her arms crossed. She glared at the elevator door, wanting it to open.

Sadly said door did not open, as she had another floor or two until it would. Which was aggravating. She didn't want to talk to Vegeta. Didn't want to be near him. Nor, see him.

"..." Vegeta opened his mouth, but closed it. Like a fish. She was right. Mostly. All except the hating Trunks part. He just wasn't used to him. "Okay, can I talk now...?" He asked, a tick mark on his forehead. 'Do I act like this?' He wondered, an eyebrow raised. If so, he must be the most annoying person ever.

"Sure, you can talk... You lost a minute anyway... Two minutes left~" She said in a rather sing song voice. One more floor.

"*sigh* Great..." He said, sighing rather loudly. She wasn't trusting him. Not at all. This is difficult for him. She's too stubborn. Well, so is he. "Okay, I'm sorry I was gone... I'm Bulma told me about you, you can assure that I'd be here. Really."

"Uh huh..."

"I'm being serious... You're my daughter. I want to get to know you. Especially since I've missed out on 15 years of your life (including being just an embryo and fetus). I'm sorry I was gone. I don't know how many times I have to say it..."

"Well, you missed quite a lot... Give me a valid reason why I should talk to you for more than the one minute and... fifteen seconds you have left?" A growl left the lips of the Saiyan man.

"Because." She didn't seemed phased by that reason. "Because, I'm your father. I care about you. And, I missed out on being your father. I made a mistake. One I wish to fix."

"Huh... What do you mean by fix...?" She asked, the elevator door sliding open. It made Vegeta's heart leap into his throat. It was only a matter of time before she slams her bedroom door in his face.

"I want to get to know you... Be with you." Came his words, he hoped it was enough.

"Well... My name is (Name) (M/N) Briefs. I have one brother. I am a project manager at Capsule Corporation. I have an IQ of 178. I am the current Martial Arts Champion of the World. I'm rich. Blah blah... Oh, and my dad's a douche." She said, making Vegeta glare at her.

"You said you wanted to get to know me. There's so random things. Merry Christmas." She added, her arms crossed as she walked towards her bedroom.

"That's not what I meant..."

"Then, what to you mean, o' great wise one."

~*Time-skip-5-months*~

"Haha! Nice try, Dad. But, you can't beat me." (Name) laughed as they were in the training room. A large room. Maybe 50 feet by 50 feet, or so. The floor was padded with wrestling mats and there were mirrors around the whole room. Almost like a dojo.

"I beg to differ." Vegeta laughed, a large grin on his face. He was making up for the times that he missed. And, he was glad. Glad to finally be with his daughter. Funny thing is... He's the closest person to dear, (Name). Her best friend. Who knew?
