Blazung Dex Entry

First off, yeah the quality of Blazung is low and that's cause' i imported the image from the same software but from here on i'm not doing that. Also, I'm making the dex bigger next time while keeping the same deisgn. Anyways, this was the best idea out of all from a brainstorming session with the team and I. Blazung's name comes from blaze and kung fu.
