This was the war described by AZ in X and Y. Eventually, word came out about an ultimate weapon. In fear of not being able to know what was about to come, he locked himself in a cold meat freezer, hoping to one day be discovered by new civilization.
3,000 years later, Pokemon Archeologists found his frozen body when exploring a deep cave. They thawed it out, and after a month, he came back into full conscientiousness. Disgusted by how uncivilized the world was, he voiced his own opinion. Most brushed it off as him just being crazy, a couple specific people thought his beliefs were right, and they would later join forces and become Team Charge.
