Hey look, another one of my Grunt OCs.
I attempted to closely draw Astro to the Pokemon anime/games style.
He's a total goof, knows Team Galactic aren't the best people, but just wants to research space. His prized Pokemon is a big old Luxray, who's just a giant house cat.
