Decided to upload art here for the first time. I don't remember when exactly I made this, but it's pretty old. I've also made some information for this Alolan form.

Evolves from Pichu when leveled up with high friendship in Alola, then evolves into Alolan Raichu when exposed to a Thunder Stone (regardless of region).

Gender ratio: 50% male, 50% female
Egg Group(s): Field / Fairy
Pokédex Color: Yellow
Pokédex information: This Pokémon loves being the center of attention. It will always surf on nearby water while doing tricks to impress others. / It keeps its tail raised so that it won't miss the chance of getting struck by lightning, which powers up its electric attacks. If you yank its tail, it will try to bite you.
