The rest of the day went by in a blur. All I could think about was talking to Aki again. I didn't even realize the bell for PM homeroom rung. I only realized after I saw Mrs. Kopeck (a Kangaskhan) snapping her fingers at me. When PM homeroom ended, I ran out, and soon I found Aki. "Hey," I said to her. "How was your first day?" I asked her, as Mkali walked to us. Apparently she had met Aki right before I had, during Home Economics. "It was alright, but everybody came to me looking for Pokemon like 'Jason' or 'Kern'. I wish I had something to tell me apart." She said. Her phone started buzzing, and she picked it up. "Hello? Yeah, okay. I'll be right there." She said, hanging up the phone. "I got to go. I have to pick up my little brother and cousin." She said, hopping on her bike. I watched her pedal off, and I then heard Gordon calling for me. "Tissue, come on! The ship's about to leave!" I rush off and get on the ship before it left. Once every month, students had a chance to go somewhere for the day after school had ended, as long as the parents agreed with it. This time me, Mkali, Gordon, and a few other students came. "Hey Tissue." Tad said to me. Tad was one of the more popular kids, as there seemed there was no one like him(he was a Sandshrew but his coloring was black rather than yellow). When we finally reached where we were heading(We were going to Sinnoh. I asked Aki's Uncle Lux if he wanted to come, but he said it was too painful), I was able to purchase two things there. And one of them would really be the start of a true friendship.
