A Pokémon True Story: A day at the beach (Part 2)

by ThAtGuY101

ThAtGuY101 This is a continuation of the day at the beach. In the previous episode, Reio went to the beach ,and decided he would go for a bit of a dip in the ocean before heading home for the day. In this episode, Reio runs into contact with a few sea dwelling pokémon. Some are terrifying ,and others are unsuspectingly more dangerous than you would think.
As Reio sank into the water, Reio didn't need to worry about oxygen as he was a ghost ,and had nothing to fear. Being a ghost had all sorts of perks. Reio enjoyed these many perks as it meant he could explore all sorts of places. Why did Reio like exploring? Adventure maybe? Seeing beautiful sights and locations? Making new friends? That was something for Reio to know ,and his friends so continue assuming.

As Reio looked beneath the surface of the water, there was a staryu ,and a shellder sitting on the bank of the ocean. Reio continued further into the ocean. A sharpedo swam past him at incredible speeds. They briefly locked eyes ,but the sharpedo was gone before either could mutter a word to one another. Two carvanha were not far behind it. They followed the sharpedo like a rockruff following it's trainer.

As Reio continued exploring the ocean, he saw a body floating on the waters surface. The body was pale and lifeless. The swimmer had a cylinder shaped bite on his hip. Only one pokémon left a drained would drain it's victim of all its body fluids ,and leave a cylinder shaped mark on it. That pokémon was a gorebyss.

As Reio went deeper into the ocean he something unexpected. something HUGE. It was an entire school of wishiwashi. Within seconds all the wishiwashi were gone as a wailord devoured them all quickly. The wailord almost mistaken Reio for food ,but knew the ghost pokémon wouldn't taste good, nor would he be able to take down the ghost pokémon without help from other wailords. The wailord was also in no condition to fight anyways as it had just gotten out of a bad fight with a toxapex.

The toxapex had poisoned the wailord with its spikes ,and it was now just trying to find some place where it could relax and conserve energy. Even though the poisonous effects were not enough to kill it, it was enough to weaken it for at least three days. The two exchanged smiles ,and went their separate ways. Reio's thirst for exploring was not yet quenched. In the far distance were several ship wrecks. Reio knew what he wanted to do before heading back home for the day.
