Shen: King of Digimon

Previously Shen: King of the Mist
This feels like Skullgreymon's bit in the series, only with added edge to it lol
A little bit lol. He was one of the main antagonists for the last half of the book. Ruthless but efficient he was amazing lol.
Name: Vladimir Lenkov
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 11''
Personality: Vladimir, or Vlad as most call him, is a person who is very full of himself, of course with good reason. He is a top-notch duelist who never backs down from a fight. His ancestors were also Russian Royalty which makes him feel like he is more important than the people around him. Despite all of this, he does still care about others, especially those close to him, after all a ruler has to care about his subjects.
Appearance: Vladimir is a guy with a tall and slightly bulky build. He also has pale skin and short blonde hair that is always well kept. He tries to maintain himself to the best of his abilities in a way befitting of people's respect. He has dark brown eyes and strong facial features. He keeps a polo shirt under his long Obelisk Blue jacket that reaches just barely to the floor. He finishes his ensemble off with some black slacks.
Class: Obelisk Blue
Signature Cards:
Ehther the Heavenly Monarch, Fairy, 2800/1000, You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can send 2 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck, but return it to the hand during the End Phase. During your opponent's Main Phase, if this card is in your hand: You can banish 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon this card (this is a Quick Effect).

Erebus the Underworld Monarch, Zombie, 2800/1000, You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can send 2 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, shuffle 1 card from your opponent's hand (at random), Graveyard, or their side of the field into the Deck. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can discard 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card, then target 1 monster in your Graveyard with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF; add it to your hand.
Ah yes, the Russians have joined the chat. Iiiinteresting, fits the aesthetic your going for
My frogs never did anything to anyone! Don't give them a bad rap XD
Especially graduate frog. He worked hard on that degree.

Reptiles have multiple attributes, plus most of them are meh at best. Though Giga Gagagigo is very nice in Legendary Ocean decks.

Best reptile deck is venom deck, fight me

Funny enough I planned to make a Custom archetype revolving around WATER/Reptiles with a Godzilla-esque Tribute Summon boss monster XD

Soooo I’m gonna drop this here. Not sure if going to be a one off or minor character yet, but-

Clef-

Age: 14
Gender: Male
Height: 5’5

Personality: he has a rather shy demeanor, quick to develop idols and hero worship. He adores comic books and super heroes, always attending cosplay conventions when he was younger, even making his own ‘original characters’ that are blatant rip offs of the best parts of other hero’s.

Although he earnestly believes in his idols, he has a knack for mimicry, taking the best parts of them and turning them into his ‘original’ parts. He believes that the hero should always be him and him alone.

Appearance: Blue spiky hair the shoots up from his head, as well as a backwards hat. He has a notable lack of interesting features, easily blending in with a crowd. However, when he changes into ‘The Hero’, he dons a white helmet as well as a super man-esque blue suit with a red cape.

Class: Slifer Red
Year: First
Signature Card: Fake Hero

Alright, the changed effect of the Fusion version of Penguin Brave.

Penguin Brave

WATER
Aqua/Fusion/Effect
Penguin Knight + Penguin Soldier
Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control. (You do not use Polymerization.) Your opponent cannot target face-down Defense Position monsters you control with card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Penguin Brave" once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: You can Special Summon 1 "Penguin" monster from your deck in face-down Defense Position. When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can flip 1 face-down Defense Position WATER monster you control face-up.
