Wait so sea people are different species?
The Sea People have many races, they don't discriminate so they've got the most diverse culture next to the desert. Though, I'd probably change that section so that they have the most diverse culture overall since the Desert Kingdom is a thing instead of the city-states I'd thrown in.

New Description for the Eastern States;

=================================
East - The Endless Sea

The endless sea, given its name for its seemingly endless size, lies to the far east. On its coasts lie many mercantile states known for their fine arts, craftsmanship, and love of trade. Through the many rivers that empty themselves into the endless sea, these merchants are able to travel throughout the continent and set down their vast trading networks. The Eastern Federation are wealthy beyond imagination, having accumulated resources and culture from across the continent. Their love of culture and trade has also resulted in a healthy interest in research and education, and in particular, they are masters of the arcane arts, producing the most powerful of mages within their prestigious academies. It's this love of learning that has allowed the Federation to adopt the most open-minded policies on the continent, welcoming all races and kindred into their borders.

While they are generally peaceful merchants, when cross, they become a dreadful force. An attempted invasion by Empire A decades ago left the great nation with a bloody nose as the merchants, and their hired mercenaries dominated the waterways, and with their vastly superior mobility and magic, bombarded the Empire's troops from the safety of the Rivers. The mercantile federation is also home to one of the three known mana springs which is being kept by the Arcana Order, a guild of powerful mages which established themselves within the Federation, but have declared that they will not be taking any sides in any wars, choosing to rather use the spring to test the limits of their magic and unlock new heights. The Arcana Order is comprised of 150 Mages, though 15 in the grand council, all skilled enough to match a small army.

Their guild hall is a massive ivory castle tucked within the mountains. They have, as a philosophy, to research magic not for the sake of power, but of knowledge, and, as a result, forbid any kind of trades done using their Mana spring. The only times they would ever involve themselves in battle is when there is a threat within the enemy or ally ranks that is said to have used magic beyond their knowledge. Only then, will they directly involve themselves, and attempt to capture said user, and discover whether they should ban this sort of spell, or teach it. It is never for the sake of power. As a result, many who have sought great power found themselves disappointed as they learn this guilds philosophy. As a result, the Arcana Order is reputed to have many enemies. However, with the recent appearance of the Monolith Gates, brought upon by Felicia ( @kyuukestu 's character), they have been on the move, sending their men to analyze and contain, and on rare occasions, destroy said gates.

While the members of the Arcana order are staunch pacifists, standing in staunch opposition to their philosophy are the Combat Mage Academies, which as the name suggests, wield the arcane arts to devastating effect on the battlefield. It's these Mage Academies that produce the skilled magical fighters which defend the mercantile federation.

Probably won't be as active though.

Name: "Father" Silvaroth
Age: 68
Gender: Male
Race: Demi-Demon (A human with demon attributes)
Appearance: A torn up robe that was formerly resembled that of a high priest's, the only kind of clothing he has covering his jagged, black skin pulsating with red veins. His face has a scar running across that glows red. While his right side is still human looking, his left side is ripped up and mutated, with a demonic eye on his shoulder.
Personality: Still graceful and kind hearted on a surface level, with an occasional lash out of insanity every now and then. But his insanity slowly overtakes him bit by bit the longer he stays with anyone.
Rebirth or resident: Resident
Backstory(Optional): A former High Priest of Kingdom A (Arkus, @Grand Master Koop established), he was one day met with a woman that looked around her late 20s (Felicia at the time), who told him that she took interest in his church and would like to join (Haven't established religion yet, so I'll keep this part vague until one is established). He agreed and took her in. As years went by, she gained more and more the trust of the church, and Silvaroth was praised for being such a great mentor. However, one night, she disappeared, along with a powerful magic item that was hidden within the depths of the church, one that only he knew about and deemed Felicia trustworthy enough to reveal. The Magic item in question just so happened to be a key that can connect worlds. And with it, she linked started to open the Monolith Gates, connecting their world to the realm of the Damned (Name I'm going with), where the souls who met a tragic. sinful fate lies, and used it to begin her takeover. The kingdom, angered at this, placed part of the blame of Silvaroth, claiming that he was the one who raised such a monster. Angered and betrayed, Silvaroth stole the Church's most powerful Holy Weapon and set out to kill his former disciple. It was then revealed that she only joined the church to get her hands on the key and begin her invasion. In battle, he managed to wound her and strike the monolith gate they were fighting on with enough power that it severed the connection in between worlds. However, he feel in as the two paths were cut, and feel into the void that rest in between realms. The severed path eventually relinked to a new realm known as earth, and a select few souls got sucked in, leading to the rebirths arriving to the realm. As for Silvaroth, after hovering for two decades in the void, he was driven to insanity, with drew in an ancient god, sealed away from over 5000 years, and offered a deal with him: He gets to return to his home, but as a result, he must kill the man who sealed him. He agreed, and allowed the demon god to possess him, granting him powers beyond comprehension, and returned to his world. However, it was then revealed that a rebirth by the name of "King Arthur" was the one who sealed the demon god away, and that now, there were dozens of new rebirths roaming the land. They are now his target. (I'm hoping this man can be a mid series antagonist.)

In which case, Father Silvaroth's weapon is a powerful holy weapon, one dangerous enough to be classified a national treasure. The God Crux, a marbled cross that's as big as the broadsword, which summons holy beams of light from the sky, capable of incinerating all that lies in it's wake.

I was planning to do that anyway. She'll be off doing her own thing unless someone goes out of their way to interact with her, or unless she's out attacking another country or something.

Nah, I just thought it was weird that an elf, which are stereotypically known to wield light weapons like daggers or bows or often times magic is wielding a weapon often associated with dwarfs, which are usually known for being the polar opposite to elves.
