Introduction
Winged is a world with no humans and only Pokemon are in it. But in this world every Pokemon with no wings have wings although in order to get them, they need to earn them by going on a journey to the Altar of the Wings. Which is going to be hard considering the Altar teleports every month.
Story
You are leaving your home to go on a journey to the Altar of the Wings. By doing so you meet other people who also are searching for their wings. Together, you and your friends venture into the world.
Rules
1. You must follow the Pokécharms rules.
2. No Godmodding or anything similar and No Mary/Gary Sues.
3. No Legendaries, Mythicals and Fakemon. That encludes Mega Evolution and Z-Powers. Pokemon with different colours are allowed But don't change their whole body. (Example: Eevee with Blue Eyes)
4. Shinies are allowed but please leave it to a minimum because I don't want this world to be full with shinies.
5. Only 'baby' Pokemon are allowed (Meaning Pokemon who aren't fully evolved because adult Pokemon already have wings) But if you want to use adult/teenage Pokemon make sure you don't over do it.
6. You can only have up to 2 characters only.
7. Romance is allowed but please keep it to kissing only.
8. If there are already 2 same Pokemon species in this RP you can't use those Pokemon. Because it would only confuse people if there are 5 Eevees running around.
9. Please write down 'Cookies' somewhere in your form for proof that you reed the rules.

Personality: Dallea is jolly and calm most of the time and can get naive sometimes. She trusts people a little too easily and quickly. Because of that she also will help anyone in need of help but she's the one that keeps on needing the help.
Appearance: She is a normal looking shiny vulpix but she has blue eyes and wears a light blue bandanna with white polka dots around her neck.
Hometown: She lives in Cherria Town
Other: She lives alone and sells flowers for a living.

Cherria Town
This town is known for the friendly neighbourhood, the cherry blossoms surrounding the area and because it is the closest to Cherry River. This place is best for people who are social and friendly with each other. This place is also the most populated place in this world so it is quite busy around there.
Waterfella Village
Quiet and stunningly beautiful the place is known for having the best place for relaxation. The place is near Blossom Lake and is the best place for people who likes a quiet slow-paced life.
Caveal Village
It may be a dark cave but the place is known for the dim lights that are hung everywhere making it look more amazing then spooky. Because the place is not as popular as the others the place is ideal for people who like to stay alone and like to sit in dark areas.
Wintint Town
This snow covered town is full of cheerful holiday fun. The place is near Mint Mountain which is known for its mint flavoured snow. This place is almost as popular as Cherria Village and almost the same too but the only difference is that it's not as busy as the other town.
Forenn Village
Forenn Village is in a dark forest full of glowing mushrooms that most people love to bounce on. This place is almost just like Caveal Village but more lively.

Ripe Forest
This place is known for the fruits and berries that are always ripe.
