Open We're Freaks, Not People (Superhuman RP)

Basically, I was watching Luke Cage on Netflix, and thought this'd be a good RP.
Discussion/OOC: https://pokecharms.com/threads/were-freaks-not-people-superhuman-rp-discussion-ooc.15257/

This Roleplay doesn't take place in either the DC or Marvel universe. It's simply focused around multiple Superhumans who are trying to make their way in life. Some simply want to try and live normal lives, while others go out of their way to help people in their neighborhood. Of course, there are those who use it for their own greed as well. This takes place in the year 2017. Humanity has built a large city in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, named New America. The only way in or out of the city is by train, by boat, or by air. The city itself is about the size of New York, and is full of Superhumans. The police, as well as the people, are wary of the superhumans, and one wrong move will have them end up in jail, or worse. The superhumans have to go about their lives, or go public, while avoiding the cops. No matter if they try to help or hinder the people of New America.

Rules:
1. Follow the Pokecharms Community Guidelines.
2. Abide by the Pokemon Roleplay Rules.
3. While having your heroes inspired by someone is okay, don't try to completely rip off a hero. Example: Don't be an African American man with a past of being in prison, who is also bulletproof and super strong.
4. Type something involving chocolate in the "Other" section of the character sheet.
5. Swearing is allowed, just don't go all Wade Wilson on me, alright?
6. Romance is allowed, just keep it Pokecharms friendly.
7. You can have up to three characters.
8. You can RP as a super-powered animal if you want. just don't make it too ridiculous.
9. As if this even needs to be said: Don't make your powers too OP.
10. No one is allowed to RP as the Police Chief without my permission. Message me if you want to be the chief. Until then, I will.

(May I assume that applications go on the roleplay thread? Hopefully this counts...)

Name: Sakura Hana Sabishi

Alias: Runaway Tiger

Appearance: She has brown hair and eyes, along with a slim body and pale skin color. She typically wears green, blue, or turquoise along with jeans. Her hair reaches to her shoulders, and is loose. Stands 6'1.

Powers (If any): She can shift into the appearance of any animal, and take on their traits such as leg regeneration or sensitive smell while in that form, as well as roughly a half-hour after returning to a human form.

Weakness/Power Disadvantages (If any powers): She sometimes cannot control her shifting, and becomes less human the longer she stays in the animal form. If one of her legs is cut off as an octopus, then the same will apply in her human form. Several traits carry over in her different forms as well, so she's not difficult to identify.

Skills: Has mastered the art of hiding and running, not that she's ever needed to use it.

Drivers License: Yup!

Pets: None

Backstory: She was born as a tiger in captivity at a nearby zoo, and after escaping she stayed in a forest for some time as she figured out how to use her powers, reintroducing herself to the world with her tiger name as her middle name now, under a whole new name. She spoke with officials to make sure everyone was aware of this fact and that she was NOT returning to the zoo, and now lives a peaceful life that occasionally entailed jobs with the police.

Other: Quite the chocoholic.

(You're right, forms go here. You don't need me to accept you. RP whenever, but make sure to post something in the Discussion Thread and Watch it, in case I need to make any announcements.)

"Thorne!" Someone called, and as Malcolm handed the drink he had just finished making to the patron who ordered it, he turned around. "Yeah?" Malcolm called back. "Maleek didn't show today, I need you to go around and serve food and drinks to the V.I.P. tables." The man, his boss, Jaylen, ordered. "Right, I got it." Malcolm replied, and went to get what he needed. He quickly maneuvered around the patrons of Club Thanatos and brought the orders to the correct tables.

Sakura walked along the streets of New America as her quickly shrinking cat tail swished in the air for it's last moments, then becoming part of her skin again. Tapping a small device used for when the police wanted her somewhere, she breathed a sigh of relief when faced with an empty screen. She left off to Club Thanatos to find a couple of cats for information, fish in hand. She turned into a cat and quickly got through the door of the club, walking off to where she assumed they were.

Malcolm walked over to Hecter. "Well, in terms of what's popular tonight, we got Tequila, Brandy, and Vodka. Of course, we have meals, too. If you want something that's already made, we have hot wings and buffalo wings, as well as Berkshire Pork. If you don't mind waiting, and have the money, our unique T-Bone steak takes about an hour to make." Thorne replied, reading his list, mentally checking off each one.

Human: Partialy
Name: Dr. Crane
Alias: Blood Eye
Appearance: Snow White plantlike skin, mostly humanoid body shape, single bright blood red eye in center of head, no mouth.
Powers: can shapeshift and regenerate serious injuries in seconds, extreme intelligence.
Weaknesses: the cold, cowardly if engaged directly, can only regenerate so much at a time and can be completely exhausted if pushed too hard.
Personality: Almaot completely mentally unstable
Likes: hunting for super humans
Dislikes: the cold, being injured.
Skills: very fast and strong and intelligent
Drivers license: no
Pets: no
Occupation: former scientist
Backstory: former mad scientist that wanted to be superhuman like others he had met but became a monster in an experiment to evolve himself and lost most of his mental sanity.

Crane looked down from the city lights near the Club Thanatos. The overwhelming scent of superhumans was in the air as he readied his hand into a razor sharp set of claws, waiting for one to appear in the open.

Name: David Conners
Appearance: Dark red hair that reaches the base of his neck, black long sleeve shirt with a dark brown trench coat over it, grey jeans, beats wireless headphones around his neck
Powers: Can manipulate water with his fighting skills (think a water bender from Avatar or Legend of Korra) and can transform into a wisp of mist to escape an area

Likes: modern dubstep, practicing taijutsu
Dislikes: the heat, losing a fight or a battle of wits
Skills: is trained in the ways of martial arts, uses his intellect to out smart opponents
Drivers License: has one but needs it renewed
Pets: none
Occupation: police forensic analysist
Other: is 26 years old

David sat in his seat at Club Thenatos and noticed something odd at a table close to him a man with metal claws coming out of his hand. Hoping not to be seen out of his hand a stream of water came out of his hand as he held it over his empty glass filling it up but stopping before it could overflow. He picked up the glass and took a drink of it watching the man.

"Thanks for the tip, sir." Malcolm said, putting the extra cash in a pocket in his suit. He wore a suit since the club owner "had standards," and the rest of the employees that weren't in the kitchens did, too. He came back out in a minute or two with his order. "Have a good evening, sir." He said, before leaving. "Thorne!" He heard Jaylen's voice, again. "We need some trash taken out. Take care of it?" Thorne nodded at this, and went to grab the trash. He walked from the side door, out to the front, and dumped the trash in a garbage can. Unknowingly to him, he was right in Doctor Cane's view.

David stood up walking over to Thorne "are you an 'enhanced' person" he asked wanting to know. He looked around the area like he was paranoid "if so come with me I'm David" he said to the man as he motioned for them to leave.

Name: ???
Alias (Optional): Sky
Appearance: If we're talking about his physical form, a young man, around 20, with blue tracksuit trousers, piercing blue eyes, light blue shirt and brownish hair
Powers (If any): His permanent ability is near-perfect air manipulation. Able to fully turn into wind (although this does come with disadvantages), which is his natural form, and able to control the wind and air
Weakness/Power Disadvantages (If any powers): Quite literally, if Sky's in his natural form, you could trap him in a paper bag. Airtight spaces will completely contain him, as air is easily contained, and requires a constant source of air to survive. Can asphyxiate easily. Being trapped on the ground greatly weakens him, but it's quite hard to do something like that in the first place
Personality (Optional): An easygoing person, with not many cares. Very loyal to friends and cold to people he dislikes
Likes (Optional): Flying, meeting new people
Dislikes (Optional): Tight spaces (claustrophobic), being trapped
Skills: Quite intelligent, good tactical skills
Drivers License: Never needed to drive
Pets: May get one later in the rp
Occupation (Optional): None
Backstory (Optional): Was never fully human, and was exposed to spacial radiation whilst on a high flight, and scrambled the abnormal part of him. Therefore, has certain powers which will change depending on circumstances, a bit like Eevee, I suppose
Other: Man, I love Cadbury

Malcolm wasn't immediately sure what happened. The first thing he felt was claws raking across his back. He moved forward, away from whatever struck him. He turned around to see something, he wasn't sure exactly what. It hard large claws, and he spotted only one eye, and no mouth. "What in the hell are you...?" He mutter-asked, looking at the mutant. One thing was for sure. He'd tried to kill Malcolm. He turned and looked back to the man who spoke to him moments before. "Does this answer your question?" He asked, rhetorically, as he walked over to a dumpster by the trash cans. Malcolm lifted up the dumpster, and threw it straight at Crane.

Sky was going with the breeze when he arrived at the club. Feeling strong disturbsnces near the back, he materialised in the ally, where some guy with claws had just slabbed another person, who'd chucked a dumpster at him. Sky pushed the two apart with several Gale-force gusts of wind, and asked, "Whoa, what's happening? You guys superhumans? What's the deal with the guy with claws?"

"Yeah it answers the question" he said as he grabbed Malcom's shoulder turning both himself and Malcom into a wisp of mist going up to the roof of the club "well there's an experience to treasure" he said to Malcom "now, the man down there, his name is Doctor Cane well I don't know his real name." He looked over the side of the roof "he hunts other 'enhanced' beings for sport" he turned to face Malcom "I'm going to create a team of people like you. I already have a few 'enhanced' people in mind" he said as he put his hand out "only shake if you want to join" he left it there.

Crane quickly crawled up to the top of the roof where the other two were; his claws now transformed into blade arms. "You're not getting away!" Crane screeches as he slashes down at Sky's extended open hand.

Name: Rio Reis
Alias (Optional): Draco
Appearance: Half Hawaiian, half Egyptian, she has a certain roundness about her, but also long and lanky with angular features in her head shape and eye brows. Wide, dark emerald colored eyes, tan skin, and long wavy black hair.
However, she has golden claws instead of nails, and her feet and hands are covered in crimson scales. Her eyes are solid green and reptilian in appearance, dragon like if you will, and she has scales scattered around various areas of her body (Face, shoulders, hips, and back) She is past the point of being called scarred, her body can be summed up as mangled. She has some golden feathers sticking out of the back of her hair, and her clothing covers the feathers in her lower back. The back of her mouth contains dragon like fangs, she has a stray strand of hair that usually hangs in front of her face between her eyes and is dyed gold, and each ear has two lobe and two cartilage piercings. The ears themselves are also longer and slightly pointed, with red scales and have some feathering on the lobe and outside edge of the ear.
She wears a skin tight, dark red jacket and combat pants, with shiny golden wings painted onto the back of her jacket. She has a crimson scarf tied around her waist to flow behind her like a tail (Which somehow she manages to move...) and wears heavy duty gloves and boots with metal claws. Her identity is covered by the dark red, thick face paint that covers the upper half of her face rather than a mask, but her eyes certainly pop.
Powers (If any): Under her suit she has a strange topaz like gem embedded in her chest, which is her honest to goodness heart. Like, the one that beats and keeps you alive. As such, she radiates heat and has no pulse, since she basically feeds off the energy her heart emits. That being said, she was human until she found the heart which actually belongs to a dragon. Dragon, long story short, is a near fire elemental, but was cursed for something she didn't do. Upon bonding with the heart on accident, the magic the dragon possessed before transferred to Rio. Kinda.
She literally is just an average dragon in a half human body, physically changing a little more by the day. According to the dragon, she can't use any of her powers because even a fraction would be enough to kill her... fun...
She can cloak herself in flames and do a flaming charge, summon wings made of fire and can fly, breath fire, and has an increased tolerance for pain. On top of that, she has a lot of mighty strength in a tiny body, with heightened senses as well. Also decreased aging.
Weakness/Power Disadvantages (If any powers): The dragon can give Rio access to all her power, but that would kill her. Rip her heart out and she dead, and other than that she actually is normal. No regeneration, increased durability, no nothing. She is still human.
Personality (Optional): Rio is usually optimistic. However, she has a no BS sort of tolerance, and can get ticked off. She is impulsive and can come off as rude, but she is a very caring person. However, mercy is an unknown word, and she acts more animal than human sometimes. She is sassy and sarcastic, and hates having people watch her sing.
Likes (Optional): Singing ALONE, saving people, occasionally playing electric guitar, being free and unburdened, having something to do.
Dislikes (Optional): Feeling lost, being hunted by the police... constantly... being watched while she sings, being burdened with responsibility because god help this girl has no self confidence, being falsely blamed or made fun of because of her more animal like way of behaving.
Skills: She hits fast and hard and gets the hell out of there. Her enemies are either dead or mangled, usually quick with dispatching enemies. Excellent at flying, climbing, personal first aid, and hiding from the authorities both physically and knowing how to delete files about her...
Drivers License: Yes
Pets: Does the dragon spirit that fits in a little hip pouch count?
Occupation (Optional): Full time vigilante Draco
Backstory (Optional): Two moms, her 'uncle' was the donor (Really just the sassy gay best friend), one mom died cuz of cancer, other mom went cuckoo. Rio finds the heart, hides it from mother who was searching for it, bonds, becomes Draco, runs away, vigilante stuff, sister dies, fam dies, that whole sort of story. Years ago she handed a massive outbreak of strange jade snakes that injected black venom into humans, turning them into mutants. Despite saving some of the people, and killing off the man behind the mutations, she is still called a super villain. She technically could be an anti-hero...
Other: This poor child forgot what chocolate tasted like. Draco is still homeless, physically 19, her aging got slowed down to 1 year every 25, so Draco's been around on and off for the past 50 years. Good on you Rio, you've been hunted for the past 50 years...
Draco also has cancer, but doesn't know it, and has been shot a total of 46 times! (16 of those were all at once.)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Draco sighed, tonight was an off night thanks to that man who attempted to shoot up a bank. She watched it, almost stepped in, only for the literal flooding of cop cars took car of the one man. Seeing as how they would be on high alert for the rest of the night, she now lounged in her torn up hammock, tied between two steel beams, suspended well above the ground in the abandoned warehouse. You couldn't see her unless you looked up, so she could let her guard down, besides, she was in the heart of the abandoned side of town. Hardly anyone but rowdy teenagers came here, but even then they tended to stick closer to the gates. This one was also close to several entrances to the labyrinth of sewers under the city, thank goodness she had semi-night vision.
Her dragon companion for the past 50 years, Aurrea, was curled up on her chest sound asleep. She could feel the burning heat radiating from her belly, although Draco was as affected as she was for the first few years. Then again, she was still mostly human...
She snorts, a soft of chuff sound coming from her lips, throwing the most recent paper in her hand onto the ground. The newspaper was just another ripped page to add to the 50 year old collection of every entry written about Draco. It seemed her infamy hadn't died down, although apparently she was being favored by some teenagers as of late. Not to mention she still baffled scientists.
Sakura had been rummaging through some trash cans, since all she had found was a couple mice, when she felt a whole bunch of wind, movement, and general bad stuff. At some point she had gotten herself out of the trash and found herself on some dark red head's shoulder. If she was correct, it was actually her walking up, climbing up his back, and onto his shoulder. All as soon as he arrived on the rooftop. Rather comfortable, to be honest. Since the police still said nothing, she decided she would stay curled up on David's shoulder, as a wonderful black bombay cat. This was the life.
(uh Mantisaurus sky was the other guy my characters name is David)
Before Crane's slash could hit his arm he transformed back into mist the slash went right through him. After he reformed back into himself he then turned to face Crane using a jet like stream of water came out of his hand with a force of about 800 Newtons towards Crane, and then transformed into the mist and fled the area.
(OOC: oh sorry my bad, got the names mixed there lol )
Crane was quickly disoriented by the attack, the blast even destroying most of his head. Crane let out a loud shreik and quickly fled with blinding speed to retreat and regenerate.
Draco sighed, gently maneuvering Aurrea into her hip pouch, before gliding onto the floor. She mentally calculated what time it was, before running out into the night. She leapt over the fence with ease, before ducking into an alleyway, eventually reaching a dead end she jumped off a few dumpsters and scaled one of the grimy walls. Upon reaching the rooftops, she dashed across the middle to remain out of sight, until she dropped back down into an alleyway just outside her destination.
Many years ago, she stopped a routine robbery, but it seemed this joint was one place she visited often. She had stopped three robberies, one attempted shooting, rescued stranded victims when the place went up in flames and helped with the clean up, not to mention, when she was around just to hang around she stopped a few drunk dudes trying to impose themselves upon their girlfriends.
They never asked for her age, so she never gave it to them, besides, she wasn't going to drink anyways. Although, considering it had been a few days, she wasn't hesitating to keep using her little 'free meal' card. Honestly, this place had saved her a few times. First aid once to remove a few bullets, hid her when the police got particularly bad one day... the list went on.
Thankfully, despite it being years and the original staff being all but replaced, the newbies were well informed that she was welcomed there, so she also made it an effort to stay in the clubs's good terms. It was actually the only place she could get a decent meal, without having to worry about the cops either since it was one of the... cleaner joints around. Her stomach snarled up at her the longer she starred at its enticing doors.
David couldn't hold his mist form for all that long and soon turned back into his normal self and fell to the ground. He stood up the shock value of Crane was to much breathing heavily David was on his knees about a mile away from the roof top, close to his apartment. He stood up stumbling towards his apartment unfortunately he wasn't able to recruit Thorne into the team he was assembling, but that wouldn't stop him he was going to try again. But first he had other 'enhanced' people. He pulled out his phone pulling up a list "who's next?" the list didn't show aliases but rather real identities. He looked at the list the next name under Thorne was the name Rio Reis "oh great" he whispered to himself "tomorrow, it'll have to wait till tomorrow." His walk was no longer a stumble and he went back to his apartment. Not the best but it was cozy had the feeling of a home.
Rio sighed, before the demeanor was washed over by Draco, who strutted right through the doors to Club Thanatos. A few patrons looked up, some opening their mouths in shock or narrowing their eyes, but her gaze was fixed on a little booth in a dark corner of the room. Flopping into her seat, Draco amused herself with the salt shaker until one of the servers came out with a steaming plate of food. She smiled gently before tucking in, lots of protein in the form of meat for her. Hopefully she'd last a day or two with some lucky finds before coming in again. The same server was back with a few small chunks of honey comb, which Draco slipped into the pouch on her hip, and soon she heard the sounds of Aurrea crunching into the one food she was able to eat. More like an unnecessary preference, it kept her energy up but Aurrea didn't need to eat, per say.
Crane had reached the top of a large building he deemed safe enough. His horrific features finally regenerating from the misty blast, holding his face in his hand. "Ugh! Damn superhumans, impossible to know what they'll do next. Luckily I'm always up for a challenge. I've never seen that one before though…" Crane irritably murmurs to himself, his face now completely healed. He gazes over the city for a good while, trying to anticipate where his prey could have escaped to. Soon he realized he still had some of the torn Suit and blood on his arm from when he attacked Malcom, as well as residual mist trapped in his skin. Then it occurred to him… "Well well hehe, now I have your scent you filthy beasts!" Crane chuckles to himself before leaping back into the city for another hunt.
Malcolm's wounds from the, what had David called him? Doctor Crane? Either way, his wounds had regenerated, but his suit was still torn. Oh well, he could just say some thug tried to jump him. He climbed down the building, and re-entered Club Thanatos. It was quite clear a lot of the patrons were surprised to see the an walking in with a torn, slightly bloodied suit. While it was obvious there was blood on Malcolm's suit, there was no trace of blood or scars, not even scratches, on the man's skin. "Thorne! What happened?" Maleek called, walking to Thorne. "Sorry, Maleek. Some punk tried to jump me. Cut the suit, but I didn't get hurt." Malcolm replied.
Draco looked up at the bloodied man, her ears pricked up to catch their words. Jumped by thugs? She sighed to herself, maybe she could have helped if she came a few minutes later to catch them. She looked back to her food, shaking her head of guilt, knowing it would lead to other... thoughts...
Bad dragon she thought, tearing away at the steak in front of her again. Aurrea had poked her head out of the pouch, staring at the patrons of the club with analytical amber eyes.
David sat on the bed he had in his apartment, still trying to regain himself from his mist form- it caused him a mentality issue for an hour if used to much- he looked around the apartment like he was paranoid. He finally started to calm down "Crane" he whispered "CRANE" he said louder "why do you hunt us, your own kind, I'll never understand" he pulled out his laptop from the side of his bed and opened a site, the police database. He looked through the database to see if anyone matching Crane was wanted but turned up nothing. He turned to face his clock 9:16p.m. He had work the next day so he decided to go to sleep.
Draco quickly finished, before scuttling to the door. She paused, turning, her ember eyes scanning the bloodied man, and then the server, who she locked eyes with. "Thanks!" she tossed over her shoulder, offering a two fingered salute that was known as a traditional Draco thing, before exiting the club and lifted herself into the air in a flash of flaming wings. She laughed as she soared through the air, keeping her pace slow, before descending into the old warehouse still standing after all the time she occupied it. Finding an old, moth eaten blanket, she settled down into her hammock, comforted by the warmth that Aurrea provided whilst snuggling, curled up beside her neck.
In the midst of the night Crane knew exactly what he wanted. He looked down from the rooftop onto a group of unsuspecting policemen minding there own business; just having coffee and laughing together as the particular group liked to do when the night wasn't busy. "Perfect… I'll make this quick." He murmured to himself before leaping down, within moments leaving nothing but a bloody crime scene out of the group; they never saw it coming. The investigators would have nothing to go on by means of facial recognition, only DNA tests and the police badges on their bodies. It wouldn't be long after until the breaking news would storm over the tvs and radios all across town for everyone to hear, exciting fear among pedestrians, law enforcement and superhumans alike. And that is exactly what crane wants out of this incident.
Sky allowed his form to melt away, returning to the sky. As he was riding up, he felt a large being disintegrate most of his body. Swirling back together, Sky saw a girl, looking a little like a dragon with all of the stuff painted on her clothes. Except the wings were very, very real. Curious, he followed him to an old warehouse, where he swirled down, and solidified at the entrance.
David tossed and turned trying to sleep but couldn't. Every time he closed his eyes that night he just saw the accident that nearly killed him but gave him his hydrokinetic abilities. The presence of Doctor Crane had triggered something in David's mind, something about 6 months ago, which was when he got his powers, like Crane was there in the presence of David. He sat up thinking to himself no he wasn't there. Was he? I don't know he sat there but soon the thought exited his mind and he laid back down. The nightmares were still there but now he was at least able to sleep.
Sky suddenly felt a strange, sort of dark, presence, and his hand start to shake slightly, as well as emmiting a faint blue glow. Oh, come on, not now. Dragon Girl's going to think I'll attack her now. I mean, I just appeared, and my hand's glowing. Not the best sign. He then realised the glow had turned dark, as if infected. "Great. I've got a Nightmare Familiarity. This sucks," he muttered to himself. "And if it's anything like the others, I'm gonna have to enter somebody's dream, if I don't want it to freeze me." The glow had been transferred to both hands now, and Sky held them up, his physical form starting to disintegrate. "This isn't as bad as it looks!" He yelled to Draco, before disappearing into a wisp of shadow and heading into a house nearby, and into another person's dream. Something involving a scientist.
Draco shot up as someone yelled, effectively launching Aurrea into the air and over the side of the hammock, but she wasn't worried about that. She caught sight of a moving shadow, but she couldn't tell as there were lots of moving shadows in the warehouse. Aurrea floated up beside Draco's head, giving her a good nip on her ear which caused Draco to emit a very draconic yelp, staring at her companion. "Go to sleep..." Aurrea hissed irritably, leaving Draco really no choice but to settle back down. She couldn't sleep for quite some time, but her exhaustion eventually caught her and dragged her down into a dreamless sleep.
Welp, that was smart. She was sleeping. I mean, if I was quiet, she wouldn't have known I was there. Apparently, this dream doesn't have anything for me. If he's a superhuman, he can track me down from the signature I left in here. If he isn't, then all this was useless. Sky flew out of the man's room, and back into the real world, where he materialized in the place he was before. "Hey, sorry about the thing earlier. Don't know why I yelled." he said quietly, before realizing she was asleep. "Hey... Is that a dragon?" Sky asked himself, floating closer. "Yep, it's a dragon. Wonder if it can understand me. I mean, from experience, they can normally understand human speech" Gah, talking to myself. Why do I do it?
Aurrea's eyes snapped open first, hissing at the wispy form of the floating human in front of her. Rio awoke next, she squawked in surprise, flipping the hammock over before her wings materialized in a blast of light and heat as she launched into the metal beams above. As soon as she landed, the warehouse was dark and cool, bathed only in moonlight. Crawling across the beams above the air like figure below her, her lips were lightly pulled back to show off her teeth, and a gentle growling in the back of her throat all added to her defensiveness. Moving along on all fours, she hissed down at the... whoever that was. "Have you ever heard of the phrase don't poke a sleeping dragon? Gods... I haven't gotten a goodnight's sleep in ages and of course my one day off something goes awry." She grumbled, sniffling her yawn but her voice clearly dripped with her irritated mood.
Draco flopped down to lay across the beam like a human sized panther, the arm dangling off the side pointed a clawed forefinger down to the ground covered in 50 years worth of newspaper clippings all about Draco. She wasn't in the mood to talk much, she really wanted to sleep for once. But was pointing the being to the newspapers the best idea? Technically, she was an anti-hero vigilante, but all those newspapers (Minus a select few) blamed her for all the incidents she helped stop, villains she defeated, the entire reason those snakes turned people into mutant killing machines, and still she was called a villain today. She found that newspaper a week ago, an article listing the top ten registered super heroes, and super villains. Heck, they had the decency to list vigilantes but where was Draco? In the villain section, not to high up there, but she was in place five or six, but do you think she would care enough about that to remember?
She wants me to read the newspapers? What's that date...1967? How old is she? Well, I suppose, she is a dragon. Sky picked up one of the clippings, and read it through. "Hah. Yeah right. Every superhuman in New America has been blamed for something or another," He muttered to himself. "Well, apart from me, of course."
