[What Did You Do To Snoke?]

Situated on route 119, in Hoenn, stands the Weather Institute. Here, many scientists and other types of people work hard to evaluate weather patterns, anomalies, and other interesting branches of weather research. They've been involved in a number of significant attacks by Team Aqua and Team Magma and indentified the weather duo's effects on Hoenn. Recently, scientists have been studying how humans can change the weather themselves. They developed and refined the Pokemon Castform, which changes it's appearance in the weather. However, one day, Castform mysteriously broke out of it's experimental prison on the top floor and flew through the routes. Because of it's experimental nature, this Castform was able to change the weather at it's own will, creating chaos on the surrounding route 119, Fortree City, route 120 and then onward to Lilycove City. This has had a devasting effect on the wildlife at the time: forcing out Pokemon that are suppossed to come out later in the year, Absols started to come out more as a sign of the disaster. Terrible droughts caused water shortages in some areas and in some areas, rainy monsoons became dangerous with their thunder and lightning. The message is clear: never toy with the weather. But the problem has already arisen and the scientists are now chasing down the Castform. But they need the help of local people and travelling trainers. In this rp, you can either control one of the local trainers: more along the lines of the npc classes, such as pokemon rangers, ninjas, bug catchers, etc, that you might find along route 119 and route 120, as well as a Fortree city resident, or you can control one of the travelling Pokemon trainers sent by Birch who have been collecting gym badges and have passed through at a bad time OR one of the employees or understudies of the Weather Insistiute. Either way, you'll need to help the scientists uncover this mess and get Castform back. There is also the mystery of who released the Pokemon in the first place: one of the scientists.

4. The plot will revolve around catching the Castform first, and then finding out who did it. I already have a cast for who that will be.
